Buyer's opportunity to inspect or to have the Vehicle inspected, as outlined above is specifically designed to allow Buyer to fully and completely assess the Vehicle prior to purchase. The purchase price for the Vehicle has been negotiated by the parties by taking into consideration the prior accident damage and the current condition of the Vehicle Seller makes no warranties, representation or assurances that the motor vehicle contains only original manufacturer installed or manufacturer rebuilt components, parts or accessories. In addition to other warranties made in this Order, Buyer expressly warrants the following: (a) To the extent that Buyer seeks financing for the Vehicle, Buyer warrants that all information contained on any credit application or other document submitted to Seller in order to obtain financing is true and accurate. Buyer acknowledges that the price of the vehicle is not effected by Buyer’s decision to finance the Vehicle or based upon the financial institution through which Buyer elects to finance the Vehicle. (b) To the extent that Buyer is trading in a vehicle (hereinafter “Trade”) as part of this transaction, Buyer agrees to provide satisfactory title to such Trade. Buyer warrants that the Trade is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, other than those disclosed above. Buyer warrants that Buyer is the sole owner of the Trade and that Buyer has the right to assign title to the Trade to Seller. Buyer warrants that the Trade is in good operating condition and that it has not suffered accident or collision damage of which Buyer is aware. (c) Buyer warrants that Buyer has and will maintain full liability and comprehensive insurance coverage on the Vehicle.(d) Buyer warrants that this Order and any accompanying finance documents are complete and accurate at the time the Buyer signed them. (e) Buyer warrants that Buyer is over the age of 18, of sound mind, not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol and is otherwise competent to enter into this transaction. In addition to all other rights and remedies available to Seller at law or in equity, Seller has the following rights and remedies under this Order: (a) Reclamation. – Seller may enter into Buyer’s property and reclaim the Vehicle with or without notification to Buyer. Seller may also make a written demand on Seller to return the Vehicle and Buyer agrees to do so within 24 hours of such demand. (b) Disposition of Trade – Buyer agrees that immediately upon Buyer’s execution of this Order, Seller may dispose of Buyer’s Trade in any commercially reasonable manner, including the sale of the Trade to a third party, retail or wholesale. In the event that this Order is not completed for any reason or in the event that it is rescinded for any reason, Seller agrees that Buyer may retain the proceeds of the sale of the Trade to offset its damages, if any. If Seller does not have any damages relating to rescission or failure of this Order to be completed, Seller may retain any costs and reconditioning expenses relating to the sale plus a 15% commission on the sale from the sale proceeds. The remaining amount shall be delivered to Buyer in full satisfaction of any claims relating to the Trade. (c) In the event that Buyer pursues any claim for rescission of this transaction, Seller shall have the right to set off against Buyer’s damages or to assert as an independent claim, a claim for the reasonable value of Buyer’s use of the vehicle, including depreciation and mileage of the Vehicle. If any term of this Order is held to be unconscionable or unenforceable, for any reason, by any court of competent jurisdiction, this Order shall be construed as if such clause were never a part of this Order and the balance of the terms of this Order shall be binding on the parties. The waiver or invalidity of any provision of this Order shall not effect the binding nature of the remaining provisions. No breach of this Order by Buyer shall be deemed waived unless such waiver is agreed to by Seller in writing. The parties agree that any modification of this Order must be made in writing and signed by the parties in order to be valid. Buyer agrees that if the Vehicle is to be shipped, that shipping is Buyer’s responsibility. To the extent that Seller assists Buyer in arranging for shipping, such arrangements are made as a courtesy to Buyer and do not create any liability or responsibility on the part of Seller. Buyer agrees that all risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon delivery of the Vehicle to Buyer’s carrier and Buyer appoints such carrier as Buyer’s agent for purposes of accepting delivery of the Vehicle. Buyer agrees that Buyer’s deposit /down payment on the Vehicle is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Buyer and Seller. If Buyer is shipping the Vehicle out of state, then the person accepting delivery of the Vehicle for Buyer shall be deemed Buyer’s agent for accepting delivery of the Vehicle in Florida. Like all of GMs full-size trucks and SUVs, the 2015 GMC Yukon XL has been completely redesigned. A bolder face and more aggressively sculpted sides and fenders give it a more modern, even aerodynamic look. Under the hood youll find a new 5.3-liter V8, which features direct injection and cylinder deactivation for better power and efficiency. The top-of-the-range Yukon XL Denali gets a 6.2-liter V8 for even more power. This bigger V8 might also be a reason to choose this GMC instead of its close sibling, the Chevrolet Suburban, as the Chevy only has the smaller V8. The Yukon XLs cabin sees the greatest improvement this year, especially in pricier and more luxurious trim levels. Upgraded upholstery quality, improved dash and door panels, an 8-inch touchscreen display and GMCs IntelliLink smartphone integration make the new Yukon XL even classier than before. It also finally gets third-row seats that fold into the floor, a feature that competitors have offered for years. With the seats folded, the XL loses 16 cubic feet of cargo space compared to last years model, and the load floor is now even taller. But such added versatility is nevertheless a welcome improvement. Based on its size and capacity, the Yukon XL is one of the most capable vehicles on sale today, with just a few direct competitors. No Video Content Body Styles, Trim Levels, and Options The 2015 GMC Yukon XL is a full-size SUV available in three trim levels: SLE, SLT and Denali. Seating for eight is standard, but there are two optional seating arrangements. Second-row captains chairs drop the count to seven, and a 40/20/40 front bench seat available only on the base SLE increases it to nine. The Yukon XL SLE comes standard with 18-inch alloy wheels, foglights, keyless entry, front and rear parking sensors, running boards, heated power-adjustable manual-folding mirrors, automatic wipers, a tilt-only leather-wrapped steering wheel, tri-zone automatic climate control, eight-way power front seats (with power lumbar), a 60/40 split-fold second-row bench seat and a 60/40-split fold-flat third-row seat. Also standard are remote engine start, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, an 8-inch color display with the GMC IntelliLink interface (includes voice control, smartphone app integration, text-to-voice capability for MAP-enabled smartphones and Siri Eyes Free capability for newer iPhones), a rearview camera, OnStar and a Bose nine-speaker sound system with HD and satellite radio, Pandora Internet radio control, a CD player, an auxiliary audio jack, five USB ports and an SD card slot. The Sun, Entertainment and Destinations option package adds a sunroof, a navigation system and a rear-seat entertainment system with a USB port, SD card slot and a Blu-ray player. To the SLTs standard equipment, the Yukon Denali adds the more powerful engine, 20-inch wheels, adaptive magnetic suspension, xenon headlights, an 8-inch customizable display in the gauge cluster and an upgraded 10-speaker Bose surround-sound audio system. For the Denali, the Touring package adds the sunroof, head-up display, the navigation system and the rear-seat entertainment system. Adaptive cruise control with frontal crash mitigation is also optional for the SLT and Denali. Of course, no full-size SUV would be complete without a variety of available 20- and 22-inch wheels. In addition, GMC plans to offer an enhanced OnStar package with a 4G LTE connection that provides a Wi-Fi hotspot (late availability). Powertrains and Performance There are two available engines for the 2015 GMC Yukon XL. SLE and SLT models come with a 5.3-liter V8 engine that generates 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque. The Denali comes with a 6.2-liter V8 engine that generates 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque. Both use a six-speed automatic transmission to transmit power through the rear wheels on 2WD models or all four wheels on 4WD models. The 4WD Yukon XL is offered with a two-speed transfer case with low-range gearing. A locking rear differential is standard on all trim levels. During Edmunds testing, a four-wheel drive GMC Yukon Denali XL with the 6.2-liter V8 went from zero to 60 mph in 6.4 seconds. That performance is about average for the class. Properly equipped, the maximum tow rating for the 2WD Yukon XL is 8,300 pounds, and 8,000 pounds for the 4WD models. The more powerful Denali actually tows 200 fewer pounds, respectively. With the standard 5.3-liter V8 engine, the EPAs estimated fuel economy is 18 mpg combined regardless of driveline (16 city/23 highway for 2WD models and 15/22 for 4WD). The Yukon XL Denali with the larger 6.2-liter V8 and 2WD gets 17 mpg combined (15/21), while 4WD versions get 16 mpg combined (14/20). On Edmunds 120-mile, mixed-driving, evaluation loop a 4WD Yukon XL Denali with the 6.2-liter engine was able to achieve 15.9 mpg. Safety Standard safety equipment on the 2015 GMC Yukon XL includes antilock disc brakes, traction and stability control (with trailer sway control), front-seat side airbags and full-length side curtain airbags. An airbag located between the front bucket seats (when so equipped) is standard and aids in side-impact crashes. Also standard is OnStar, which includes automatic crash notification, on-demand roadside assistance, remote door unlocking, stolen vehicle assistance and turn-by-turn navigation. Front and rear parking sensors and a rearview camera are standard on every Yukon XL. Depending on trim level, forward collision alert, lane-departure warning, a vibrating safety alert seat, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring and frontal crash mitigation with automatic braking are either optional or standard. In government crash tests, the 2015 GMC Yukon XL received four out of five possible stars for overall crash protection, with four stars for frontal crash protection and five stars for side crash protection. During Edmunds testing, a four-wheel drive Yukon Denali XL came to a stop from 60 mph in 134 feet. That distance is longer than average, even considering the XLs added weight. Interior Design and Special Features The overall quality and design of the 2015 GMC Yukon XLs interior is noticeably improved from previous generations. Materials are of a high quality, and the gauge clusters crisp graphics are a snap to read day or night. The large, central infotainment display is intuitive to navigate and its graphics/pictograms are simple and easily interpreted. Unfortunately, IntelliLink can sometimes be slow to respond to your touch inputs. Most shoppers will find the front seats comfortable and reasonably supportive. The lack of a telescoping steering wheel in the SLE model will make it harder for some people to find an ideal driving position, however. Second-row space is excellent, while the third row offers much better legroom than the one in the regular Yukon. Keep in mind that if youre looking to the Yukon XL for its nine-passenger capacity, its only available on the base trim level. Given the very cumbersome nature of the previous-generation Yukon XLs third-row seat removal procedure (not to mention their vulnerability to smash-and-grab thieves), were happy to see GMC has finally integrated the third row firmly into the trucks floor. The fact that both the rear rows are power-operated is an added benefit. The downside to these stow-away seats is a very high cargo floor loading height (36 inches), which makes it harder for shorter owners to load strollers or bigger shopping hauls. Even with the reduction in maximum cargo space for 2015, the amount of room in the back of a Yukon XL remains truly impressive. With all seats occupied, youll have 38.9 cubic feet for luggage, which is substantial for any three-row vehicle. Fold the third-row seats down and there are 76.7 cubic feet; fold both rear rows and it increases to 121.1 cubes. These figures are several cubic feet more than what you get in GMCs Acadia crossover and on par with big SUVs like the Toyota Sequoia. The Navigator L offers more. Driving Impressions As always, one major benefit of choosing GMCs traditional full-size SUV is standard V8 power. The 2015 GMC Yukon XLs 5.3-liter V8 engine is beefy enough to pull around a full complement of passengers and gear, though the Denalis bigger V8 could be tempting if you are frequently pulling heavy trailers or boats. The 6.2-liter V8 has more pulling and passing power, but both engines are smooth and refined. On the whole, the cabin is as hushed as a luxury cars, especially on the highway. Were less fond of the 2015 Yukon XLs lazy responses to gas pedal inputs, a result of efforts to calibrate the engine and transmission for maximum fuel economy. Theres a noticeable delay when pressing on the gas pedal, whether youre trying to execute a pass at highway speeds or accelerate from a stop. The brake pedal doesnt inspire a ton of confidence either and if youre towing or carrying a full load of passengers, youll need to leave some extra following distance. Especially with the Denalis standard adaptive suspension, the 2015 Yukon feels relatively secure when going through turns, and it soaks up bumps with ease. We cannot recommend any of the fashionable 22-inch wheels, however, as their mass combined with their tires lack of cushioning sidewalls adversely affects ride comfort. For such a large vehicle, the Yukon XL is relatively easy to maneuver at freeway speeds, but it doesnt react quickly to any inputs. Buyer agrees that unless such promises or representations have been reduced to writing as part of this Order, that Buyer is not relying on such promises or representations in purchasing the Vehicle and Buyer waives the right to seek to enforce such promises or representations. Buyer acknowledges that the Vehicle being purchased was acquired by Seller through trade, a public or private sale or at an auction under circumstances in which the prior owner’s registration and/or use of the Vehicle may not have been disclosed to Seller. Even if not designated on this Order, Buyer acknowledges that the Vehicle being purchased may have been titled, registered or used as a (a) short term lease vehicle, (b) taxicab; or (c) police vehicle. In addition, the Vehicle may be (a) rebuilt, assembled from parts, or combined; (b) a kit car, glider kit, replica vehicle; (c) a flood vehicle;(d)a not actual mileage vehicle and/or (f) a non-conforming vehicle as that term is defined under Chapter 681 of the Florida Statutes. It is Buyer’s sole obligation to independently verify the Vehicle’s prior use or designation prior to purchase, if these items are material to Buyer. Buyer expressly acknowledges that the Vehicle being purchased under this Order has been involved in a prior accident and that it has sustained damage as a result of such accident. The damage to the Vehicle may include damage that resulted in the Vehicle being deemed a total loss by an insurance company. The Vehicles status as a total loss vehicle may or may not be reflected on the Vehicles certificate of title and/or in the Vehicles title history. Buyer does not rely on any statements from Seller relating to the severity of the accident or nature or quality of the repairs. Blown airbags were replaced with used or new airbags. Seller makes no representations or warranties relating in any way to the quality or nature of such repairs and whether such repairs could affect the safety or reliability of the Vehicle. Buyers opportunity to inspect or to have the Vehicle inspected, as outlined above is specifically designed to allow Buyer to fully and completely assess the Vehicle prior to purchase. The purchase price for the Vehicle has been negotiated by the parties by taking into consideration the prior accident damage and the current condition of the Vehicle Seller makes no warranties, representation or assurances that the motor vehicle contains only original manufacturer installed or manufacturer rebuilt components, parts or accessories. In addition to other warranties made in this Order, Buyer expressly warrants the following: (a) To the extent that Buyer seeks financing for the Vehicle, Buyer warrants that all information contained on any credit application or other document submitted to Seller in order to obtain financing is true and accurate. Buyer acknowledges that the price of the vehicle is not effected by Buyer’s decision to finance the Vehicle or based upon the financial institution through which Buyer elects to finance the Vehicle. (b) To the extent that Buyer is trading in a vehicle (hereinafter “Trade”) as part of this transaction, Buyer agrees to provide satisfactory title to such Trade. Buyer warrants that the Trade is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, other than those disclosed above. Buyer warrants that Buyer is the sole owner of the Trade and that Buyer has the right to assign title to the Trade to Seller. Buyer warrants that the Trade is in good operating condition and that it has not suffered accident or collision damage of which Buyer is aware. (c) Buyer warrants that Buyer has and will maintain full liability and comprehensive insurance coverage on the Vehicle.(d) Buyer warrants that this Order and any accompanying finance documents are complete and accurate at the time the Buyer signed them. (e) Buyer warrants that Buyer is over the age of 18, of sound mind, not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol and is otherwise competent to enter into this transaction. In addition to all other rights and remedies available to Seller at law or in equity, Seller has the following rights and remedies under this Order: (a) Reclamation. – Seller may enter into Buyer’s property and reclaim the Vehicle with or without notification to Buyer. Seller may also make a written demand on Seller to return the Vehicle and Buyer agrees to do so within 24 hours of such demand. (b) Disposition of Trade – Buyer agrees that immediately upon Buyer’s execution of this Order, Seller may dispose of Buyer’s Trade in any commercially reasonable manner, including the sale of the Trade to a third party, retail or wholesale. In the event that this Order is not completed for any reason or in the event that it is rescinded for any reason, Seller agrees that Buyer may retain the proceeds of the sale of the Trade to offset its damages, if any. If Seller does not have any damages relating to rescission or failure of this Order to be completed, Seller may retain any costs and reconditioning expenses relating to the sale plus a 15% commission on the sale from the sale proceeds. The remaining amount shall be delivered to Buyer in full satisfaction of any claims relating to the Trade. (c) In the event that Buyer pursues any claim for rescission of this transaction, Seller shall have the right to set off against Buyer’s damages or to assert as an independent claim, a claim for the reasonable value of Buyer’s use of the vehicle, including depreciation and mileage of the Vehicle. If any term of this Order is held to be unconscionable or unenforceable, for any reason, by any court of competent jurisdiction, this Order shall be construed as if such clause were never a part of this Order and the balance of the terms of this Order shall be binding on the parties. The waiver or invalidity of any provision of this Order shall not effect the binding nature of the remaining provisions. No breach of this Order by Buyer shall be deemed waived unless such waiver is agreed to by Seller in writing. The parties agree that any modification of this Order must be made in writing and signed by the parties in order to be valid. Buyer agrees that if the Vehicle is to be shipped, that shipping is Buyer’s responsibility. To the extent that Seller assists Buyer in arranging for shipping, such arrangements are made as a courtesy to Buyer and do not create any liability or responsibility on the part of Seller. Buyer agrees that all risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon delivery of the Vehicle to Buyer’s carrier and Buyer appoints such carrier as Buyer’s agent for purposes of accepting delivery of the Vehicle. Buyer agrees that Buyer’s deposit /down payment on the Vehicle is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Buyer and Seller. Buyer agrees that the Vehicle has been delivered to Buyer and Buyer accepts delivery of the Vehicle in Florida, at Seller’s principle place of business. If Buyer is shipping the Vehicle out of state, then the person accepting delivery of the Vehicle for Buyer shall be deemed Buyer’s agent for accepting delivery of the Vehicle in Florida. This Order and the entire transaction between the parties shall be governed by Florida law. This Order supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous verbal or written agreements, representations and/or understandings between Buyer and Seller. The terms, representations and conditions set forth in this Order, and any applicable financing agreement, constitute the entire agreement of the parties. As far as keys are concerned, neither do the auctions nor do we guarantee keys. Whatever you do, do not pull that vehicle out of the facility if it is not what you want there is not returning it, you own it once it is out of the gate. We can only help you resell it with reserve prices at auctions to come the following weeks at the same facility through our licensed and bonded broker accounts. Yes, the photos are provided to us by the holding facility of the actual vehicle using a digital camera. Our photos are NEVER photo shopped. Vehicles are stored nationwide at holding facilities and insurance auctions that store and/or resell vehicles for the insurance companies through Buy Now, live auctions, online auctions, sealed bid auctions, pure sale auctions and reserve bid auctions. 4. How long will it take to get my title? Typically, titles take about 10 to 15 business days to be mailed after the vehicle has been released. Our title department processes titles weekly. Gate releases may take 5 to 10 business days to acquire prior to picking up any vehicle from the holding facility. Can an Insurance Company decide to take back the vehicle after it has been paid for? Yes, this may happen in rare occasions.
