If you've followed our builds you know we are a fabrication shop by trade and build custom duramax powered vehicles for a fraction of what most people want.. This is the ONLY KNOWN truly 2500 yukon/tahoe known to have been built with 99% of the parts being OEM.. NO WE DID NOT JUST ADD REAR END AND FRONT SUSPENSION OFF A 2500 AND SLAP IT ON A 1/2 TON CHASSIS.. We have never and WILL NOT build 1/2 ton conversions, regardless of what others will say IT IS NOT SAFE!!I won't get into the debate so please don't email me and tell me how it is... We took a 2500 burb chassis and modified it to accomadate the smaller yukon/tahoe body (seems easy enough but there is over 50 man hours in just fab work on chassis, plus a one off fuel tank). We then used a 48k 07 LBZ drivetrain to do our normal conversion, to include from and rear differentials...
