1998 GMC Sonoma. I bought this truck about 3 years ago from original owner. Owner had all maintenance paper work for vehicle, as do I for from the last 3 years of owning it along with his. The truck has 256000 on body, but motor and trans where swapped before I bought it. Truck runs good will drive on highway and get you from point A to B. I am selling the truck because I have 3 cars and just don't need it anymore. TRUCK INFO: 100,000 miles on motor and trans, 4x4, power locks and windows, 3 door model, Skid plates are not on truck but do have them. Have both sets of keys.TRUCK PROBLEMS: Its a old truck so there is body rust frame is still in good shape, 4x4 needs new modulator one can be bought cheep at junk yard at like Fox Auto. Heater blower needs to be replaced, heat and A/C still work but fan does not. There is a bad wheel speed sensor that causes ABS to kick it while braking under 10 mph. will most likely need new tires come spring. 3rd door has hard time opening I think it needs an adjustment in the handle. Most of the trucks problems can be fixed cheep if you have the know how and tools. RECENT TRUCK REPAIRS: Newer shocks put on 2 years ago, newer brakes, complete brake repair on back brakes, full tune up, new spark plugs, spark plug wiring, new distributor cap, new windshield wiper motor and blades, new 4x4 actuator pump, new 4x4 toggle switch. This is not a scam my number is from out of state but I do live in Michigan. Price is 1200 or best offer but no low ball offers please or payment options. Truck is priced with the knowledge on the cost to fix the problems. Truck will be sold as is with no warranty and all sales will be final. Up for sale is a 1996 GMC Sonoma Club Coupe Cab SLS. These truck has 218,547 miles on it. The truck has a new timing belt and AC compressor. The truck began to lose oil pressure on the bottom half of the engine, and it sat for a year. We put a new battery in the truck and it is running and driving. After running for an extended amount of time, the engine begins to lose oil pressure again. Somebody with knowledge of this type of problem could probably repair it and have a strong running truck. I'm looking to sell my 1997 GMC Sonoma Extend Cab: 2.2L 4 Cylinder 5 Speed Manual Transmission 2wd 182k Miles Mechanically the truck is sound. The body has the classic cab corner rust, but included in the sale are two stamped steel patch panels from LMC Truck. I also have the OEM wheels with Firestone Winterforce tires mounted; used for one winter. $300 for the wheels and tires. I'll mount them on the truck if desired.
