Kator Floater Applicator Sprayer Truck This auction is for a 1976 GMC 6500 N.P. Kator Floater/Applicator with a Chevy 427 Cubic inch motor and a 5 speed manual transmission with a 2 speed rear end. V.I.N.# TCE666V571655.This truck runs and drives well, however there are two broken wheel studs on the Left front wheel.The cab seems to be virtually rust free. The booms still fold in and out, but it has not actually sprayed in many years. It has a 1600 gallon stainless steel tank with a sight gauge,and has 3 different sets of stainless steel spray nozzles as well.The front tires are Goodyears 18x22.5 NHS and have 40% tread left on them,and the rear tires are 48x31.00-20 NHS Alliance brand, and are almost new. The monitor lights up, however, I am not sure if it still functions correctly. I am selling this for a close friend who does have a free and clear title, since he has owned it since the early eighties. I am positive there is lots of life still in this truck, since it was essentially only used a couple of weeks in the spring time for many years. It will be great for re-purposing if you didn't actually need to spray with it. It is being sold as is as shown, but if you want to see it in person, just let me know and it can be arranged.
