Of the 138576 miles on the vehicle, I have put about 122500 of them on it. It has given me no problems, and the checkup in June says there shouldn't be any on the horizon. This would be an excellent work truck, or even a first truck for a kid. The blemishes on the outside are made up for with the wonderful 4.8L V8. I averaged about 17mpg overall, and it creeped up to 19mpg on open highway. Don't use ethanol, it's not a viable alternative to gasoline. The fuel economy for the one time I filled up with ethanol bogged down to 13mpg, and that was mostly highway.
