1996 GMC Sierra SL Regular Cab Pickup. One owner local truck until I purchased it last year. Surface rust on chassis and very little on rocker panels. There is rust-through on the bottoms of both doors and on the lower rear cap of the cab on the driver's side as can be seen in the photos. Otherwise, the body is straight as can be, never any accidents. There is no rust on lower sides of the bed. The factory paint is excellent with few surface scratches that are barely noticeable. There is no loss of clear-coat anywhere on the truck. It would be very easy to repair the door bottoms and repaint only the rocker panels from the lower body side moldings. The lower side of the seat has a tear. Otherwise, the complete interior is in excellent original and clean condition. The bed has always been protected and is in excellent condition protected by a full fiberglass cover. Note that the clear-coat on the cover is peeling in several places but still looks presentable. The truck is equipped with Power Steering, Power Brakes, Automatic Transmission, Factory Air Conditioning (not working), Factory AM-FM Stereo with Cassette. Rear Brakes recently replaced as well as the emergency brake cables and brake lines at a cost of $500. The battery is new. Fairly new rear shocks and four tires. The truck is in excellent running condition. These engines are extremely durable and can last several hundreds of thousands of miles.
