It has been maintained as needed and I would not be afraid to take it anywhere. I just got a newer truck with 8' bed to handle the camper. New heavy duty tires just last year. Camper mounts will be removed and not included in sale. I have never run a carfax on it but it was a local truck owned by someone in this community before I purchased it.
