For sale is a 1999 GMC Jimmy SLE 4X4. As you can see from the pictures, the body is rust free and in very good condition for the age of the vehicle. It spent most of it's life in southern PA and away from Central NY winters. The car has no sensor lights on and runs great. 4X4 runs perfect and will be great for the upcoming winter season. The NYS inspection is good through June 2016. I've had the vehicle for over a year and in that time have had all of the brakes replaced, had new tires put on, replaced the battery, replaced purge valve, replaced valve cover gaskets, replaced rear windshield wiper motor, EGR Valve replaced, Pads and rotors replaced, new radiator installed, new pitman arm, and spark plugs. I've also put in two new rear speakers and installed a CD, DVD, Bluetooth, USB stereo system that is worth 120 dollars. Bluebook value of the vehicle is 2700. I am asking 2400 because the heat does not work (I've been told the heater core is plugged and could work after being flushed) and because the front driver's seat does not recline forward (I use a seat pillow and it's comfortable). The title is clean and will include a lien release from the bank with it to ensure a smooth and legitimate transaction.. Serious inquiries only please. The vehicle is being sold AS-IS. I have a car fax report on my Jimmy. My sister and her husband purchased it with 25,000 miles on it, as they divorced, my sister took her ex's name off the title, I purchased it from her 6 years ago. This makes me listed as the fourth owner instead of the third. It is a great vehicle. I used it to run my computer business out of, and kept it all these years as a backup vehicle, and for my son when he was old enough, however he wanted a pickup. Now I have three pickups and this jimmy, and just don't need that many vehicles. I won't give it away, however, it is a great little vehicle, and is dependable. It has nearly new tires on it. It uses no oil. It has good acceleration, good stopping, good air and heat. Great radio. The carpet is a little stained. The hood is a bit tricky to open. The driver seat doesn't move with the electric motor. But it runs and drives wonderfully. Whomever gets it will have a good car, and if I can't get what I need out of it. I will just keep it for sometime down the road when I do need it. Thanks

runs good, drives ok. needs a few small things ( door handle, new shocks on rear glass hatch, spare tire handle release is broken, one halfshaft is making some noise, but 4x4 still works good) could use a few things, but i wouldnt be afraid to drive it anywhere.

2000 GMC Jimmy in REDFORD, MI looking for new home. I'm selling the truck for my mom whose no longer able to drive due to memory issues and physical limitations. I have no use for the truck. Here's what I have been informed of and know for sure. I've done a tune-up on it 4 yrs. ago. Replaced the rear diff seal and fluid. Oil is good but will need changing soon. A/C is cold and working. Has selectable 4WD which works. my mom has owned it for 4 yrs. and hasn't driven it for at least 1 of those years. Has good rubber. Has an exhaust leak. In my opinion it needs some suspension work, but may not bother anyone else. For a 15 Year old truck it's in very good shape rear bumper is mostly rusted but is replaceable. The bottle jack trim cover is only held on by a simple "eye" screw and hook, it was like this since before my mom bought the truck. It does not have a tow package but does have the "tow/haul" button in the center console. Some surface rust spots but merely cosmetic. The oil pan and front diff need new gaskets due to slow leaking. Great vehicle for a first time driver looking for an inexpensive auto.

My husband and I are moving out of town and need to downsize to only one vehicle. We are selling my Jimmy, still in great working condition and perfect for a new driver! This was my first car when I started driving and it has served me very well throughout undergrad and grad school. I purchased it from my uncle at the time who had taken very good care of it. Very roomy so perfect for moving items of various sizes (I have, in fact, used my car to move many people over the years). Just replaced all four tires and have had new brakes within the last year. Some minor dents, scratches and rust but those don't affect the ability to get from point A to point B safely. For new drivers, this is the perfect vehicle because as a truck it's big, slow and not pretty! I hope to find my Jimmy a new loving home.
