1981 GMC JIMMY Sierra Classic, 350ci GM Crate, Automatic, 4x4, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Windows Beautiful Rust Free Arizona Truck...Fresh Restoration! Here is an absolutely drop dead gorgeous 1981 GMC Jimmy in very beautiful condition inside and out. This GMC is sporting the classic two-tone red and white paint scheme. This is one of the neatest GMC's I have ever seen and has been nicely redone. It has never been in salted environments and has been beautifully preserved! From what I was told the truck came down here around 1983 with snowbird Canadians, hence thats why it has a Kilometers speedometer. Odometer has rolled over once putting it at 170,000km which is just over 100k miles on original chassis. The GM Crate 350 is only a few years old and runs like a top. Much more juice than the original low horsepower 305ci that this truck originally was delivered with! The truck has been inspected bottom to top an I will put a money back Rust Free assurance on this rig! The following is a list of options as this Jimmy is currently equipped: -GM Goodwrench Crate 350ci 5.7L V8 -4 Speed Automatic Transmission -Four Wheel Drive -Cruise Control -New Radio -OEM 15" Factory Wheels w/ Beauty Rings -Deluxe Cloth Interior -Updated Sound System The body on the Jimmy is totally solid and rust free.The paint on the truck has been freshly redone and is gorgeous in its two-tone scheme. The rubber seals are all in very nice shape and the truck seals up perfect. The chrome and trim is original on the truck and is overall very good condition for being original. This GMC looks awesome with newer Dunlop Mud Rover 31" tires were mounted up on the 15" chrome wheels and really add the right look to round off the beautiful stance of this K5. The OEM side emblems were just installed and the orange in the emblems nicely compliments the orange pin stripe all the way around the truck. All new side molding and new outside mirrors finish off the restoration. The interior is in great shape all around. The burgundy cloth seats are all in very good shape and look great. The headliner and fabric look excellent. All dials and controls function as they should and are illuminated at night. The dashboard is in excellent shape thanks to the brand new cap that was professionally installed. New carpet is excellent with no rips and minimal ware. All door panels and trim are excellent. The new speakers sound great but the head unit has been replaced with a new high end 2 post component. Mechanically, this Jimmy runs GREAT! The car starts right up and shifts quite easily. The 5.7L engine has been fully tuned up with oil change and runs like a top! The 4x4 system functions perfectly. The engine compartment was fully detailed and cleaned. It is ALL ORIGINAL under the hood, and I didn't want to take away from the originality by doing any painting or unnecessary upgrades. The Jimmy is tight as a drum and doesn't leak a drop of anything. The truck has been well maintained and it really shows both under the hood, and in the way the truck handles and drives. All new Rancho shocks have been installed and a nice sounding dual exhaust is also in place. All in all, this is one of the cleanest and most beautiful GMC's that I have had the privilege of being associated with. It has been professionally maintained and truly loved by its previous owners.
