Recently inspected this September. Recently changed fluids, air filter and fuel filter. No fluid leaks at all! Interior super clean and cared for. Some surface rust on drivers side but be assured no frame or rocker panel concerns, small dent on tailgate as shown in photo. Newer brakes and good Interstate Battery, new wipers too. Winter tires on has 2 seasons still left in them. I don't have any other tires. Glass good with privacy in rear. Stow and go seating removable bench seats in back. Perfect vehicle for family. Cd, cassette, am/fm all working. Power everything including driver seat and gas and brake pedals. Cold air, and hot heat, one key with working clicker one spare key. Dual sliding doors....lots of storage compartments. cruise works...ready for your test drive and inspection. Small dent on tailgate, some driver side rust, but I've patched it (passed inspection, and no frame rust)...o2 sensor per mechanic replacement not recommended, part cost 64.00 at Advanced Auto I've been driving it like this for many miles doesn't seem to effect performance on my daily commute of 85 miles a day. 2003 Windstar LX Minivan "AS-IS" runs good 123,100 miles PLEASE NOTE! This is an AS-IS van. I'm not claiming to know everything wrong with this vehicle, but I have listed what I do know. But it has ran very well the two years I have owned it. Please contact me with any questions and I will do my best to answer them. -Got new front brakes AND disc brake rotors on it in 2014 but brake light still on due to ABS system needing service. I was told by Brake Masters mechanic that the rear brakes did not need to be replaced. -Tune up (spark plugs and wires) was recently done in 2014-Got regular oil changes -Smoke free-Air conditioning does not work, but heat does. -Driver side window does not go up without the help of your hand-New rear axle in 2014 -Headlights cleaned in 2013 -New intake gaskets in 2014 -Dent on rear driver side -CD and Cassette Player works-Rear windshield washer SPRAYER not spraying-Speedometer stick gets stuck at 40 or 45 miles per hour -Interior cabin light flickers on occasionally when all doors are closed(not sure why)

1999 Ford Windstar LX Van as is. Very clean in excellent condition inside and out. Mechanically has had many issues dealt with but developed one yesterday. Either has a head gasket or intake gasket leak. Traded a car for it this month as it was sitting for a year and looked too good to salvage. Had to get it roadworthy before it could be driven. Water pump leaked bad and power steering leaked real bad too. Replaced both (lots of fun there) Drove it a total 23 miles short back and forth to get a feel for it and got water mixed in oil. It was not coming out of exhaust and did not overheat. Coolant disappeared into crankcase. I checked it every time it was driven and it just happened within 5 miles of contamination. I have not yet pulled anything apart but am fixing to if we get no response to this listing. I may repair it even though at this point I am pretty sick of it. In the event I do a tear down all parts will be placed in the back of vehicle in order. It needs repair the oil looked like a butterscotch milkshake. Presently runs great and can be started to prove it. It ran great until I checked oil. Didn't even show a check engine light. I drained the oil and water and brand new oil filter as it was contaminated. So far I have done the following: new battery from AutoZone one expansion plug (engine heater plug replacement) motor for driver window installed works great new water pump and pipes immediately connected to it. complete rack and pinion unit and new tie rod ends alignment at Alternative Automotive new brake caliper on front driver side 3 new exhaust hangers oil and filter serpentine belt I am not including my labor (everything done properly and by shop directions). I simply want the money in parts back. I am disappointed and after all that someone else can have the head gasket/top end tear down I have reached my limit at this point. I may cool off in a few days and repair it and pull the listing. Best Offer gets it right now. Cash. No checks or trades or cons. If you are honest this is a great deal for the right person. I am very honest and hard working and put a lot into this. If you are dishonest you are coming to the wrong place. You want to screw me or play me go somewhere else I will not play well with you. I have done a tremendous amount of work on this van. It was for my wife and I tried very hard to do everything correctly. It apparently had other issues I was not told of when I traded. I am telling all so it doesn't keep going. I have said exactly what I know and I do not know otherwise. The van is in a lot better potential condition than when I started on it and did not drip a drop of anything when completed. It drives great and good brakes and transmission. Cold air and good heat. All accessories work and clean inside and outside. Good spare. No check anything lights on. Just very recent water in the oil. Windshield has a crack in it. Rest of glass is perfect. The body of this van is beautiful and near perfect, and the reason I am undecided as to it's fate. I spent at least 2-3 weeks straight working on this and now am looking at another couple weeks. I have many jobs and this is a part time "when I can" project so it takes away from fun time majorly. I traded the time on this for my vacation this year so yes I am displeased to put it mildly. No low balls please. I want my money back as invested that is all I ask. I am giving the many hours I spent free. Please respect that. This van runs will need to be towed. It was shut down prior to further damage. Transport is buyers sole responsibility.
