1973 Gran Torino Sport, 429 4V, C-6 automatic, bright red with beige interior, 3.25 conventional axle. Options include laser stripe, optional rear axle, raised white letter tires, power steering, console, power front disc brakes, bumper rub strips, am radio, dual rear speakers, rallye equipment group, appearance protection group, tinted glass complete, magnum 500 chrome wheels. This is a very solid original car. Original paint except the drivers front fender appears to have been repainted in the 70s and re-striped as the paint and stripe are slightly less faded than the rest of the car. The car has 77,000 miles and runs, drives, and stops well. The paint is very presentable but it does have some areas that are down to the primer from years of washing, buffing, and car covers.I'm still in the process of sorting out this car but this is what I know so far. The car was one owner up until March of 2014. The original owner parked the car in 1987 as evidence by the last Virginia state safety inspection. The car sat in a garage most of the past 25 years and it shows. I bought the car from the second owner. He went over the brake and fuel system and drove the car about 1500 miles in the past 2 years. For the most part the car is unmolested. The engine is numbers matching and appears to have never been out of the car. The engine lift hooks are present, the exhaust heat shield, and the heat shields are present on the original motor mounts. The car has the original radiator, original alternator, and water pump. The transmission shifts well and is date coded to match the cars build, the rear has the original tag in place. There is no sign that the drive train was ever removed from the vehicle. Replacement parts that I have observed or replaced myself. I put a set of 14x7 reproduction magnum 500 wheels on the car, a battery, an exhaust system and a starter solenoid. The previous owner installed a new fuel pump, Holley carb., wheel cylinders on the rear, brake linings all around. The car has replacement shocks. Otherwise appears to be original equipment. The grill has two small cross bars broken out. There is a NOS grill that goes with the car.The body has all its original panels. The door jams are rust free with the original factory installed data tag and tire inflation guide. The passenger rear quarter panel has a small amount of rust just behind the wheel and is just starting to rust a little around the wheel opening. The passenger door, rocker, jam, and fender are rust free. The hood and trunk lid are rust free. The drivers side rear quarter is rust free. The drivers door is just starting to rust at each corner, small areas, not yet holes. The drivers front fender and rocker are rust free. The only rust repair done on the vehicle was done in the trunk. On the passenger side there was a 4 inch by 6 inch piece of metal welded in and there is a couple small holes that were fiberglassed. The trunk floor was painted with an epoxy black paint. The original trunk mat is in place as is the original jack. The wiring in the trunk is near perfect, it was never cut or chewed by mice. The original dual rear speakers are intact and sound great. As great as an AM radio can sound anyway. All the trim is intact and in good shape. All the glass is original carlite and is in excellent shape. The doors open and shut like new. The windows roll up and down like new. The interior is all original and is presentable. The original carpet is intact but its a little rough. The headliner has a seam coming apart and has some finger prints. The back seat is in great shape, all the seat belts are intact and functional, the front seats are good the drivers seat cover is worn especially at the seams. The dome light and the light in the center console work. The car has a factory tach and gauges which all work except the clock. The lights all work, the radio, the heater, the wipers, the AM radio. The dash is near mint. Underneath the car is in great shape also. The quarter bottoms and trunk drop offs are solid, there is some pin hole rust on the passenger side but the panel is solid. The car has air shocks on the back. It also has a factory rear sway bar. All the fuel lines and brake lines are in good shape. There is no rust in the floors except what I mentioned in the trunk also the drain plug under the driver side rear passenger is slightly soft. The battery tray area is rust free although the original battery tray has rusted some. The odometer reads 77,000 miles. The engine fires right up and idles smooth. There is some smoke on start up. The car runs good, drives good, and stops good. I'm selling this car as a survivor. They made 51,000 Torino fastbacks in 1973. Only a handful of N code 429 cars. I doubt there are very many left with original paint and drive line. This car has lots of patina, but from 20 feet it presents as a show car. I think its worth preserving as it sits. But it would also make an excellent restoration candidate. That's up to the next owner. I have the Marti report and I found the build sheet under the rear seat. I will be happy to provide a walk around video of the body and interior and video of the car driving for anyone that is seriously interested in the car. This car is only for sale on ebay at this time. Pleas call, text or email with questions or comment on this very interesting, rare car. LeRoy 717-254-5075

1974 Gran Torino Sport in very nice condition. You don't see these anymore especially in this condition and mileage 351W 2V, FMX automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes with front disc, A/C, newer two tone interior - black & grey vinyl seat covers, carpet and headliner, tilt column, flight bench front seat. Originally a white car with white vinyl top with two tone blue interior. Previous owner painted the top black and converted interior to black. I have a brand new white vinyl top in the box as well as the correct blue carpet, and material to redo all the seats in two tone blue. I have on order the correct door panels and headliner, which are yours when they arrive. Was planning on putting the car back to original since this is so rare. Brand new 15" magnum 500 chrome wheels with spinner caps and BF Goodrich TA radials 245/60R15 up front, 275/60R15 out back Runs and drives nice Deluxe Marti report... Built in Canada DSO to North Carolina 23,142 Gran Torino Sports built in 1974 one of 2,841 with this paint code one of 6,246 with White Levant Vinyl roof one of 7,837 with these engine/transmission code one of 1,323 ordered from this DSO one of 396 with these paint/trim codes Car has had one repaint which shows very nice. Professional paint job, no 10 to 15 footer here. No dents or scratches, couple nicks in the door edges. Very solid car Odometer shows 49,500K, but I cannot confirm, but I believe this to be true based on the condition Rear and quarter windows have been tinted Dash was cut by previous owner for aftermarket radio.... been looking for a replacement to no avail yet... I have purchased a correct, working, AM/FM stereo radio, which goes with the car Steering wheel is cracked with horn cover loose.... previous owner had replaced with aftermarket steering wheel... not able to find replacement to date Starts right up as it should and drives nice... no smoke when started at all A/C belt is not installed, so I do not know if functioning... compressor pulley turns freely with all components present Includes a Dustop car cover (best out there for indoor storage) $15,500 OBO I had one of these when I was 19-20.... nice cars... wish I still had mine, as it was midnight blue metallic with two tone blue bucket seats and console... thought about converting this to a bucket seat/console car, but again...too rare The Torino's shared the Lincoln and Thunderbird chassis'... this car rides like a luxury car with the sport appearance. Too many of these were converted to Starsky & Hutch cars.... I don't really care/have to sell but am limited in storage space... recently purchased another car...drag racing car which is been on my bucket list for years... want to go racing!!!! Please review my feedback rating and bid with confidence!! Please note: You will see wheel chocks behind the rear wheels in the pictures.... the emergency brake does work.... I have a sharp incline to my driveway and always take safety precautions when working on my vehicles.

Hello Everyone and thank you for looking. We have a very beautiful and great classic here for sale. It is a 73 Ford Gran Torino Sport Coupe. The vehicle is just a beauty, gets compliments everywhere we go and gets a lot of attention from the ladies. The car is very nice, it is not a show car, but overall in great condition considering its age. This vehicle was owned by an older gentlemen and always serviced and taken care of. Always garaged, clean California car all Its life. Please take a look at the pictures and there is a couple videos of it running for your viewing pleasure. Here are the videos to the car, just COPY and PASTE the Link to watch them: http://vid1381.photobucket.com/albums/ah222/86laidlow/VID_20150322_143613_zpsu3lryq4g.mp4 http://vid1381.photobucket.com/albums/ah222/86laidlow/VID_20150322_155516_zpsyyhmkrdw.mp4 *Body Condition*Overall the body is very straight, never been in an accident, the car was repainted a slightly darker green than the original color about 10 years ago and till this day the paint still shines and looks good but its not perfect and has some paint chips, overall a 5 footer I would say. No accidents, no major dents and there was no rust that I found anywhere, but there is a little bit of bubble on the drivers door lower corner which I posted a picture, other than that the whole car is solid even the trunk and rear window area are rust free.*Drivetrain*The car runs and starts right up, the Ford 400m motor has no leaks and runs well. The motor is original to the car and never been pulled. The vehicle was just serviced so it has new brake booster and master, new plugs, new distributor and points where replaced with electronic ignition so no more difficult starts. The carburetor was also rebuilt and so final timing and some adjustments would be recommended to fine tune everything. The motor is all stock and has no major leaks. The vehicle has AC but it needs to be serviced so it was disconnected, but everything is there to hook it back up. Transmission is smooth and shifts perfectly fine with no leaks.*Interior*The interior is green and in great shape for the age. No tears on the seats as you can see in the pictures and very clean but not perfect. The vehicle is equipped with power seats and windows front and rear although the rear window motors gave out. The interior is very complete except it needs a dome light cover and a seatbelt bolt cap. Carpet is in great shape and the original rubber floor mats will be included. It does have an aftermarket stereo and it needs a horn switch.*Exterior*The suspension is solid and has always been serviced upgraded with air shocks in the back. Chassis is straight and never modified, brakes work perfect as they were recently serviced and there are no major leaks. It is riding on 15" Weld Racing Aluminum Wheels. These are very light and fit perfectly, no rubbing. The car handles great even though it sits low and runs very smooth. Tires are fairly new and have a lot of thread left in them. MAKE A REASONABLE OFFER!
