PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTON. 1997 FORD THUNDERBIRD LX1-OWNER CAR86K ORIGINAL MILESICE COLD A/C3.8L V6AUTOMATICALL ORIGINAL BOOKS / MANUALS / ORIGINAL WINDOW STICKER Welcome to my auction up for grabs I am offering this clean 1-owner 1997 Ford T-bird with a 3.8L V6 and a smooth shifting automatic transmission. This bird currently has 86k miles and it runs and drives great it has been well cared for and maintained throughout the years. The car is overall clean with normal wear the paint does show some clear coat issues in some area but overall it’s a very clean car. I have added many detailed pictures for you to view. The interior of this car is in fabulous condition with no rips or tears the seats are still very comfortable and it seems as if no one ever sat on the passenger or rear seats. The car comes with both sets of oem floormats that includes winter mats in great condition both for the front and the back. The overall interior I would rate a solid 9 to 9.5 out of a 10. 3.8L V6 that fires right up with no hesitations only 86k original miles. The car runs and drives excellent with no warning lights lid up. The automatic transmission shifts all gears nice and smooth. Power windows and locks / keyless entry with 2 remotes. Original books and manuals and original window sticker. Ice cold a/c. The drivers door handle has a broken clip and it’s a little loose but opens the door perfectly fine. The car will need front rotors and rear shocks..if purchased with the $1,995 buy it now I will have new rear shocks and front brake pads and rotors replaced free of charge. If you are looking for a clean car to commute this t-bird is a perfect candidate they are known for durability and to last well over 200k miles. This car has a clean NJ title ready to be signed over to the new owner. The vehicle will need to be towed or hauled home because it does not have plates if you bring your own plates you are welcome to drive it home I don’t think it will have any issues on a long trip. 1997 Ford Thunderbird with the 3.8 liter V-6 motor. Automatic transmission and rear wheel drive. Has 150045 actual miles. My son drove it for about 900 miles when the intake gasket went. Intake and drivers side head gaskets were replaced (what a job). Still has a leak at the timing cover near a pressure port. It also has a new radiator and hoses. Has good tires still. I no longer have the time to put into it and my son has a newer vehicle that he drives now. Would be a decent ride if it were fixed up. My guess would be a timing cover, possible chain (chain whip has probably scored inside of cover) and a new water pump while your tearing the front off. Up to you. Great parts car also. Has good panels and glass. If not sold soon I will scrap the vehicle with no regrets as it is taking up a parking space that I really need. Car is located in Sussex N.J. 07461. You will need to tow it due to the pressured leak. Scrap after auction end!!! The pictures make it look better than it really does. There are some scratches. Mostly minor with a large one on the hood.
