I have a 1969 T-Bird For Sale with the Power Sunroof Option. 700 MADE BY FORD MOTER COMPANY... ONLY ABOUT 150 OF THESE CARS ARE LEFT IN THE WORLD. This car is red with the white top and red interior and has 54286 miles on it. The motor and trans is out and have all the parts to put this engine back together.( standard bore) All the engine parts have been cleaned up and painted ford blue and others have been painted flat black. The trans is redone/the heads are redone/cam and crank are just cleaned up by Bullet racing cams and are standard. Got everything new with new lifter and roller rockers and other new engine parts. Note: Needs a set of pistons////// I have the original piston but 4 of them have sieged rings in them. This is a fine virgin car and needs a paint job and put back together. This car body is real straight with a couple dents. SEE ALL PHOTOS This is a 90% rust free car. The only rust on this car is rust on the left quarter panel. Don't know when it was replaced and needs some work.. The interior is in great condition and needs some cleaning up and the head liner needs some attention. I can send more photo's if anybody is interested in this hot rod sleeper. The doors/truck and hood shut like new. NOTE: This car has been setting for the last 6 years and was a great find and I need to sell because I cant work on it or finish the awesome car. I do have a clear title. CONTACT JEFF AT 570 977 0741. Up for sale and your consideration is a really nice 1965 Ford Thunderbird Landau. Please take the time to look over all 24 photos that I have listed here. I welcome and encourage an in person viewing of the car by appointment to any perspective buyer to answer any questons that they may have. Here is a very nice 1965 Thunderbird Landau with only 73,844 original miles. It was purchased from the family of a deceased owner after resting in storage for a few years. It is not a 100 point show car and did not spend its whole life in the Arizona desert. It is priced for what it is, a turn key car with great curb appeal that can be enjoyed the day it is purchased. It was occasionally started while in storage and was treated to many replacement parts to bring it back to being a reliable and road worthy car. Those items are as follows: tires, battery, alternator, regulator, carb rebuild, gas tank cleaning, temperature, oil, fuel senders, hood to cowl seal, trunk weather stripping, trunk mat set, carpeting, plugs, points, condensor, cap, rotor, wires, oil lubrication and fluid check. Data plate reveals that this car was built in Metucilen, NJ on April 5, 1965. It left the factory equipped with a 390 engine (codeZ), a cruise-o-matic transmission (code4) and a 300-1 ratio rear axle (code1). It was painted palomino (code29) and has a navajo beige interior (codeT). It is well equipped with power steering, power disc brakes, factory air conditioning, (complete but not working), AM/FM radio, swing away steering wheel, sequentional turn signals, back up lights, tinted glass and seat belts. This thunderbird was last inspected in Penna in 1989 at which time it was branded as an antique. The 1989 inspection stickers are still intact and reveal the mileage at this time was 72,680, so this car was literally only driven 1,164 in the last 27 years! Driveline: The original engine runs quiet with no smoke, the transmisson shifts fine and there are no exhaust leaks. Interior: The interior is mostly original with the exception of new carpeting and door panel guards on the finger cups. There are no rips or cracks visible. All lights work. Radio, heater blower, wipers, and horn work. All gauges work fine. Air conditioner does not. As you can see in the photos, the interior is very nice. Body: It appears this vehicle received a repaint some time ago. It still looks good, but close inspection reveals a few imperfections due to age, again this is not a show car nor is it priced as such. There are no rust holes visible. Bumpers are original. Tinted glass has no cracks or milking. Vinyl top is original. Underside inspection reveals this vehicle was undercoated from new, providing some protection from the northeast winters. An 11 1/2 x 16 section of the driver's floor was replaced properly with heavy sheet metal and a welder, not license plates and pop rivets. The car rides on 225-75-R15 Cornell all season radials. Original jack is in the proper storage area in the trunk. This is an honest appraisal of this car. In person viewing of this vehicle is welcome and encouraged to satisfy any doubts about condition by appointment only. My long term 100% feedback rating speaks for itself. The vehicle has been priced fairly and sensibly so even a working class buyer can afford it. Any and all inspections will occur before purchase and not after. This is a light project, and was running when parked a little over a year ago. 84,000 original miles, 429 4v Thunder Jet 365HP engine, one of Ford's best engines ever produced. Needs a new master cylinder, tune-up parts, and some miscellaneous small attention to be on the road again. Original color, original paint except for hood, no rust presenting anywhere except blisters under the vinyl top. It has a very nice two-tone tan and black bucket seat/console interior, and is a complete car with very few if any missing parts. Clear OR title in hand, matches VIN exactly. These are rare cars, very cool, bucket seats with console, and a big back seat. Check out this original and correct 1963 Ford Thunderbird 2 door Landau Hardtop. It has the rebuilt original 300HP, 390 cubic inch Z-Code engine with a Date Casting Code of December 11, 1962 and original 4-bbl Holley C3AF -BV carburetor. It has a rebuilt 3-speed Cruise-O-Matic transmission with the original 3.0 axle ratio. The car was assembled in January, 1963 at the Wixom, Michigan Ford plant. The correct E-Code Acapulco Blue Metallic appears to be on the car. The entire braking system has been rebuilt and it has new dual exhaust. It is equipped with power seats, power windows, power locks, power brakes and power steering with swing-away feature. The white vinyl Landau top is in excellent condition. Everything works in this car including the gauges, factory A/C, original AM/FM radio and Rotunda Tach. The interior has been reupholstered with very nice cloth blue seats, with matching carpet and headliner. Everything inside is in excellent condition. The chrome bumpers have been re-chromed and displays a beautiful shine. The paint is in fair condition but still has a decent shine on the hood and trunk. The tires are almost new and the wheels with the spinner hubcaps are in good condition. The previous owner took extra caution to replace and install parts that are factory correct. Up for sale is a 1963 Ford Thunderbird Principality of Monaco Edition. This is car number 1169 of 2000 produced. According to our national Thunderbird registry, fewer than 100 Monaco editions remain. This car was purchased new in California; I still have the original black plates dated 1963. It has a clear Virginia title in my name. This is a rare car, not only for the Monaco option, but it comes with white leather interior, power steering, windows, brakes, and a power driver's seat. It also comes with factory air conditioning and the original AM radio (which does work). The seats are in good condition, with only a stain on the passenger seat base (see pictures). It also has the optional front seat belts. All of the rare Monaco trim is still in the car with the exception of the spinner hubcaps. The car has no rust underneath, but some in the trunk between the trunk lid and the rear window, and a little in the middle of the roof where Ford installed the landau top over what looks to be bare metal. Over the last couple of years, I have installed a new correct single exhaust system, new brakes (only new components, never rebuilt brake parts!), new fuel lines, and gas tank. It also has a new alternator, a Ford remanufactured power steering pump, new belts, hoses, etc. The engine has obviously been rebuilt, as it was painted blue. The original color scheme was black with silver valve covers and air cleaner. The body overall is good, but has some damage (the prior owner was very elderly) to the sides. The right front fender is in the worst shape, and I have a rust free fender that will go with the car. The door, hood, and trunk lines are good. The body still has most of its original white paint. The engine runs with a temporary gas supply, the fuel system needs to be cleaned due to the ethanol fuel sitting for more than 3 months... The intent was to restore this car as I have a dozen others, but, with kids there is no time to do any full restorations. These bullet Birds are very desirable. They run and drive extremely well. Fully restored show winning Monaco Editions have sold for six figures. This car has all the options except an AM/FM radio; it is well worth putting in the effort to make it look like new. 1967 Thunderbird Landau Vehicle DescriptionYou are viewing a very clean 1967 Thunderbird “Suicide Door” Landau. This car is 95% factory original 428 Ford engine, C-6 transmission and drive-train. The 428 still retains its original Auto-lite 4 barrel carburetor and stock air cleaner. A rare find due to the very low miles and its exceptional original survivor condition. This T-Bird runs great and is amazing to drive. The big 428 has enormous power and acceleration. Sitting in the drivers seat is like being in a time capsule from 1967. Vehicle ConditionMechanically the car starts up and runs great and has lots of power! It floats down the road effortlessly and is a real joy todrive! Odometer displays 45K miles which appears to be original.The interior is all original and in great condition. The seat upholstery, headliner and carpet are all very nice. All gauges and lights work. The vary rare factory AM/FM radio and power antenna works. 3 of the 4 power windows work. The right rear window motor engages but may need a new gear installed. Dash pad and headliner are in great shape. The factory installed AC works (blows cool but could likely use a freon charge. The frame is rock solid, and even some of the factory undercoating is still present. There are no dents or signs of any past accident history. The tail light assemblies including the lenses and all trim pieces were replaced with NOS parts a few years back. Both right and left tail lights are in near mint condition. All 4 original factory “Spinner” wheel-covers are very nice. The bumpers and external chrome trim are all in amazing shape for a car this old – virtually no pitting. All the factory chrome moldings are on the car - no missing trim pieces. This is a rare car in survivor quality condition and would make an exceptional investment that you can also drive and enjoy. Beautiful 1965 Ford Thunderbird Landau.Runs and drive great. Very clean inside and out.Car is in excellent shape with the engine compartment just redone to original specs and color.The car is 50 years old and has some imperfections like any other classic car and is not perfect.Everything works except windshield wipers. Door to door service* Description: This 1964 Ford Thunderbird Landau is in excellent shape with 69k original miles. It was in an automotive museum for the past year and received the best care. This is a great driving car that can go anywhere. It is a “G” code car that was built in Wixom, Michigan. Only 22,725 Landau’s were produced in 1964 and only 1/3 of them are believed to still be around today. Interior: The interior of the T-bird has all new upholstery, carpet, and seat foam. It has many options such as power windows, power door locks, power air vents, a swing away steering wheel, a factory AM-FM radio, and seat belts. All of the buttons, switches, lights, and gauges work correctly, including the seat belt warning light and door ajar warning light. Exterior: The Thunderbird is finished in the rare Prairie Tan with a black vinyl roof to add a nice classy two tone look. All of the trim and body panels fit perfectly together and are also in great shape. The car has received a new undercoating as well as new halogen seal beams, a new exhaust, new trunk carpet and boards, and new white wall Hankook radial tires. Selling two 1964 Ford Thunderbird's due to age. Both are inoperative and need restoration but it is possible to get both running. The main one is the baby blue Landau Model with a white vinyl top. The other is a good parts car that can be used to restore the main Thunderbird. Both can be towed and must pick up at location.
