1956 Ford Thunderbird Here we have a very nice 1956 Ford Thunderbird. This car is a solid rust free example that was restored a few years ago. I recently purchased it from an elderly gentleman that had the car since 1980. He kept the car very well maintained and in good running order. He used the car to go to the local car shows but also went on several long distance tours. It also recently won an award at an international Thunderbird club show. This T-Bird runs and drives excellent with the 312 ci engine having about 28,000 miles on it since it was rebuilt. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly having 15,000 miles since it was rebuilt. It also recently had a complete tune up and front end alignment. This car is ready to hop into and go anywhere. The body is rust free and very straight. The Fiesta Red paint is in very nice condition having normal minor blemishes from being a driver. The chrome and trim are in very good condition. The interior is very nice and has the dash safety package option. The car comes with both hard top and soft top. The black soft top is brand new. All gauges and lights work as they should.
