I have a 1997 Ford Taurus LX. It does have a dent in the front passenger corner panel and also a large dent in the drivers' side door. The automatic transmission and engine are in great condition as well as power windows and working a/c. I will be honest in stating that the shift cable (floor model) has broken. It is still drivable but requires 2 people to do it. One person who is in the car with their foot on the brake and the other person with the hood up and reach on top of the motor and manually shift the car into gears. I have tried to locate a new or used Shift Cable Assembly for it with no success but would like to just sell it at this time. I am asking $1000 or best offer.for it at this time since the parts all work great except for the shifter cable being broken. I would like to get this sold quickly. It does have a clean title to it! I am located in Bradenton, FL. Once to buy the vehicle buyer must arrange and pay for any pick-up of the vehicle as well as shipping.
