1998 Ford Ranger, 5 speed. Runs great! ONLY 110,000 miles! When I bought it in 2011 it had 102,000 miles, so it hasn’t been driven much. The past couple years, I’ve only used it to buy mulch and haul things once in a while. The first year I had it I put new tires on, new lower ball joints, front shocks, leaf springs, sway bar, control arm, air filter, spark plugs (with tune up,) and new ignition wires, gaskets, and new brakes. It also had the power steering flush service. It has a new battery this year, and new brake lines and windshield wipers. I have the paper work for all this work, over $2400 worth of parts and labor. I also had the exhaust system partially replaced, but I can’t find the paper work for that. There are nicks and scratches on the body, typical of a truck this age, and some a-hole keyed the right side a while back. There’s no body rust that I can see, though there is some bumper rust. The interior is in nice shape, although the driver’s seat is cracked. I kept meaning to go to a pick-a-part place and get a couple bucket seats from an Expedition but never got around to it. I think they’re about $90 each. Like I stated before, the truck runs great, and has a very strong engine. It’s got some get up and go. If you’re looking for a pristine show truck, this ain’t it, but if you’re looking for a great truck with LOW mileage that has been well cared for and will last awhile, then this is the one you want. Thanks for looking!
