For sale is a 2001 Ford Ranger Edge with 179K miles. I am the original owner with a clean title. The clutch was replaced at about 130K and the rack and pinion were replaced at around 110K. It has been a good truck never left me stranded. If you know anything about the Ford Vulcan engines you know what I'm talking about. It has been in two accidents, one you can clearly see by the pics. The only thing mechanically wrong with it right now is it leaks antifreeze from the timing chain cover.

This truck is in excellent condition cosmetically and mechanically. I have a clean AutoCheck history report for the car - one owner, no accidents! A/C blows ice cold, non-smoker vehicle, Hankook Optimo whitewall tires with plenty of tread left, engine and transmission run and shift smooth, no leaks anywhere, everything works on the truck. No issues at all!Features on the truck include the bigger 4.0 liter SOHC engine with 207 HP and 238 lb. ft of torque, cruise control, cloth seats, ABS, 15" alloy wheels, bed liner, tow hitch, custom chrome tipped dual exhaust setup, power mirrors, power windows, power door locks, keyless entry, fog lights, and a 6 disc CD changer. I have a clean very well maintained 2004 Ford Ranger Edge with only 56k miles on it. This truck has a 3.0 liter V6 engine RWD with power windows and mirrors, cruise control, 6 disc CD changer, tilt steering wheel, running boards and gets about 22City/27Hwy Mpg. No problems with it whatsoever it drives very good (bought it in 2009 from an old lady with only 13k miles on it). Oil has been changed every 5k miles, engine light has never come on. Recently took it in for 50k mile maintenance; I put brand new high end Michelin tires on it ($600), new Monroe shocks, new brakes, all fluids changed out including transmission fluid. This truck is good to go , without the need to put any money into it! Clean title, registration good until august 2016, cleared smog last month. Very hard to find one not messed with and hacked up. 1 family owned since new (mother and daughter), and never out of CA, AZ, or NV. Fully loaded with power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise control, extended cab with rear fold down jump seats, CD player with Ford Premium Sound 4 speakers, fog lights, Sport Package (includes torsion bar suspension, painted bumpers, grill, and fender flares), original Ford bed liner that is mark and gouge free, and 4.10 8,8" rear end. Most of these trucks do not have the stronger 8.8" axle like this one (they have the weak 7.5" rear). Both original Ford PATS keys and keyless entry remotes. Original owners manuals. No dents, dings, or scratches in the body or bumpers. No paint work ever. Washed weekly since new and waxed at least once per month. Pride of ownership shows in every aspect of this immaculate truck. Brake fluid flushed every 2 years. Brakes feel excellent, New coolant and distilled water. Does not get hot even idling in 110 degree heat for 25 minutes. It starts right up and sounds great! Engine oil, oil filter, and air filter are all new. Transmission fluid, rear end fluid, and power steering fluid are also all new and all synthetics. Windshield is original Ford Carlite as all the glass in the truck with no chips or cracks. Tires are all matching 235/70R16 Ironman brand ( made by same company that makes Cooper, Hercules, and Continental tires) and are brand new, just replaced this week and have 200 miles on them. Wheels have no scuffs of any kind. many original marking on the immaculate underside, which has been detailed frequently since new and Pig Spit protectant applied to preserve all finishes. You will be the second owner of this truck on record not in the family. Clear signed CA title and signed bill of sale for easy transfer. Only reason for sale is daughter is moving to Idaho and doesn't want to take the truck with her to her new home with out a garage, Truck needs nothing at all. I have driven this truck over 400 miles with no issues what so ever. It is smooth and peppy, with no odd odors, pulls, squeaks, or vibrations. In my 20 years in the Mustang business, I have rarely seen, owned, or driven a nicer, well maintained, immaculate truck! I have owned over 1000 Mustangs, Shelby's, Big Block's, Boss's, Pantera's, Saleen's, Roush's, Cobra's. Lightning's etc, mostly collector models, and rarely see a vehicle (of ANY type) that is 9 years old and still looks and drive better than new. Interior even still smells new. Cigarette lighter never used. Does not have the power steering moan like most have. Nothing leaks, drips, or seeps. It is very easy to drive and maneuver, much more so than full size trucks, plus gets much better gas mileage. This truck will get 25+ on the freeway. It starts the first time, EVERY time. It idles smoothly and does not smoke. Original seat belts are excellent. Factory steering wheel and all buttons look like new. None of the original silk screening has worn off anything inside. You simply can NOT find another like this!!! This is a one in a million truck, hands down! Underside, and engine box kept clean since new as is the exterior and interior. Rubber carpet is immaculate and has always been covered when driven since new, so no wear marks. Seats look great too. No holes, stains, or unraveling . Never been smoked in. Still has new car smell. Just look at the pictures, they really explain this truck, hands down, better than I can. A/C is ice cold, and heat hot. Everything on this truck works. No squeaks or rattles. Only exterior parts ever replaced on this truck is tailgate handle which is prone to breaking, and it replaced with the stronger version, and 1 of the wheel well moldings for the Sport Package from a tire blow out. It came pre-painted from Ford, so match is perfect. Truck has never had any issues and anything that wasn't working perfectly was always replaced before needed. With all the wax this truck has on it, you'd be hard pressed to even find a chip. There is not a nicer Ranger available for the price available.
