1997 Ford Ranger extra cab 2WD 2.3 liter 4 cylinder gas engine, New Timing Belt just installed. 5 speed manual transmission shifts good, easy clutch pedal, Good Brakes, tires good (right rear has spare mounted, factory wheel missing), decent interior, cloth front seats (drivers seat torn, see pics). Has rear vinyl jump seats with lap belts. factory Am/Fm radio, A/C and Heater work great. Body in decent shape, Paint good, (few dings, scuffs, dents, see pics). Has Tow Bar Bracket attached to front for towing behind another vehicle. Windshield may have a few chips, but not cracked. No body Rust, (some minor surface rust on frame). 6' bed is in good shape, has Aluminum tool box (no key). quiet exhaust, not loud. All blinkers/brake/tail/headlights/horn work, Clean Title. This is a one owner truck bought new by my stepfather when he was in his late seventies to putty put around in Marble Falls Texas.He used it to run to local stores and this truck only has 39,668 miles on it. The truck is clean with the exception of one ding in the top corner of the bed on the passenger side. This is a non smokers vehicle.

This is a terrific truck that I've thoroughly enjoyed driving the past few months! It's a simple, no-nonsense, barebones truck. I bought it because it's such a straightforward vehicle. I've owned the truck for about 6 months now, but I've just not been using it enough to warrant keeping it around. It's had relatively low use, and spends most of its time parked. I currently have it used occasionally on the GetAround and RelayRides car-sharing programs - hence the decals on the truck. TRUCK CONDITION:There are a few minor scuffs on the body, to be expected on a truck of this age. There is a tear in the vinyl on the driver's seat (picture to be posted in the next day or so. The fuse panel door tends to fall off. Other than that, the truck's in terrific shape! DELIVERY:If you want to have the vehicle shipped to you, you the buyer will be responsible for having the vehicle shipped to you. I will work with whatever shipping service you use.Depending on the distance, I may be able to drive the vehicle to you. If this is something we both agree on, I would ask for coverage of reasonable expenses (gas, overnight accommodations, etc.)If you want to pickup the truck, this is of course easiest!If you are in Canada, we will have to work together to arrange for clearing the truck through Canada Customs and/or shipping the vehicle to you. 2001 White FORD RANGER XL Only 60k Miles! Auto/V6 Original Owner For sale is an awesome little 2001 Ford Ranger Truck. This truck was bought brand new by us, and we still actively use this every day! Truck has an awesome 3.0L V6 Engine with ONLY 64,000 Original miles on it. We have put every one of those miles on ourselves. The truck also features the optional 5 Speed Automatic Overdrive Transmission and a 3.75 Ratio Rear End. This truck is professionaly serviced by our in house Maryland State Certified Mechanic. Oil is changed every 3,000 Miles. Brake Pads are great. The tires are fairly new (along with the unused spare!). The a/c was recently charged, blowing cooooold air. A new ‘Napa Power’ Battery has been installed too. The exterior paint and body is in great shape. The hood has some minor dents, and the bed and rails show a little wear (hey, it’s a work truck!). A simple bed liner would make it looks great. I believe the front chrome bumper is only 3 or so years old. The interior is in really awesome shape. Taken very well care of. All gauges, seats, belts, mirrors, lights, radio, knobs, etc… work with precision. All glass on the truck is perfect, no chips or anything. And even the wipers work great. The only problem I see with this truck is the brakes tend vibrate when braking hard. I believe it is an internal ABS issue. The truck brakes perfect, it just sometimes vibrates. When purchased, all decals will be removed, and the truck will be detailed. I will even throw in the cool ‘Moon’ floor mats! Please look at the pictures! Included is the original build sheet, and manual! I have set a low reserve for a quick sale. This truck is an awesome little work truck, and very cool! All items are sold AS IS. We have no warranties. Truck is also for sale locally, and we can end the auction at any time. We accept Cash, certified funds, Check (must clear). We do not ship, you must arrange, but we will help with what we can. I Cannot Deliver the truck. I Cannot provide a license plate for transportation.
