This vehicle runs very well,gets heads turning when on the street. Needs speedometer repair[using a gps for that purpose right now] winshield wiper[s]repair. Some restoration performed but mostly original vehicle from the ground up.Buyer must be present for title transfer,payment and to take possesion. This is a fantastic little truck.
1965 Ford Ranchero. This car was picked up as a project by a friend, who recently passed away. I am selling it for his wife. The car is complete, with a 200 6 cylinder engine and a 3 speed manual floor shifted transmission. The vehicle has not been ran in quite a while, but supposedly does so. I have not tried to get it running, but it is complete. The sale also includes a rebuilt automatic transmission with a floor shifter if you want to keep the 6 cylinder engine, but don't want to be bothered with shifting. Also included is a 72 model Ford 302 engine, which was going to be rebuilt, although when purchased it supposedly ran. Also a rebuilt 72 model C-6 automatic transmission and rebuilt torque converter are included, which bolts up to the 302 engine. Also included are new, complete V-8 changeover mounts, a new crossmember and a new aluminum radiator that bolts in front of the 302. To handle the additional horsepower of the V-8, an 8 inch drop out style rear end assembly that will bolt into the back of the Ranchero is included. So, you have a number of avenues that you can go down with this Ranchero.......keep it close to stock, or take it further, if you choose! The body is actually in good shape, with little rust in the floorboards, and few dents. This car is a project and will need to be towed or transported.
