1963 Ford F-100 Unibody Offered FOR SALE is a stunning 1963 Ford F100 Unibody, Custom Cab, Short Bed, 2 wheel drive. Beautiful two-tone exterior finished in Gulf Green Turquoise and White. This Ford Truck is powered by the original 223CID inline 6 cylinder 139hp straight from the factory. The odometer reads 36k miles and I was told that that is the true mileage though I cannot prove this. I too was skeptical, but once you look at the many of the original components you will understand why I believe this to be true. Backing this power plant is a column shift 3 speed manual transmission that cruises and shifts smooth. This 1963 Ford F100 for sale is as nostalgic as they come, steel factory wheels with Chrome FORD Bottle cap hubcaps wrapped in updated radial white wall tires. You can cruise with ease and comfort while sitting on your plush factory style bench seat that stretches from side to side. All lights work, blinkers, brakes, speedometer, temp, amp, odometer all work and tires are in excellent condition. There are no fluid leaks from engine, trans, rear end. This is one of the nicest Unibody's out there, and is kept true to the way Ford intended it to be. 1963 was the final production year for the Unibody. 1965 ford f750 33000 gvw, heavy duty axles and springs, industrial 391 engine (low rpm but high torque) with a functional hood scoop, oil bath air cleaner, five speed manual transmission with creeper gear, sorry not a two speed rear axle, Hydraulic brakes, I did find and install a vacuum gauge for the vacuum holding tank, functional air horns that work off of a vacuum to air pressure pump (cool huh) with air pressure storage tank w gauge, spot light is original and working, gas tank has been moved from in the cab to an outside tank, 12000 pound hitch and rear bumper, truck was a fire truck water tanker, conversion to dump truck was started, bed made and hitch but has no pto or dump cylinder, radiator is new and is a copper and brass (600) not like these cheap ones now a days, seat still has the ford gear and lightning bolt stamped into it, rear tires have been changed with radial recaps, has two huge hooks on the front for pulling (I did pull a john Deere 490e excavator back over when it flipped) truck is all power, 55mph top speed however loaded or empty, it handles the same, rebuilt rear brakes and repacked bearings, changed all fluids (engine, transmission, rear end) which takes gallons not quarts, tune up was completed with vintage parts when I purchased it, front tires are original bias but in great condition, crab does need work from sitting, wife and I split 5 years ago, she sold the portable garage that it was stored in, I have gotten sick and (to my sorrow) have to sell the truck, it is better to sell it and have it restored then it fade away there, please email me questions, please let me know how I could help make the deal happen

0 0 1 500 2851 23 6 3345 14.0 Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE This is one that I'd hoped to run through the shop and finish out, but as a practical matter it may be years before I get to it. So, I am offering up this rare 1956 F250 pickup truck with the long narrow bed for sale... I've priced it to move; '56's are rare to begin with, and this one has an exceptionally solid start to one of the coolest 4x4's anyone will ever see. It still wears its’ original red paint inside and out, so nothing is hidden. It has been converted to four-wheel drive, and is a running/driving project truck with details as listed below. Clear title in hand. Original long bed F250 cab, frame, and suspension; the body is in original red paint. There is rust in one cab corner, both door bottoms, and one step. Incidental rust on other areas, but the rust-through areas are limited the above areas only. The floors are solid, which is a huge plus. There is one hole cut in the dash for a 2” round oil pressure gauge; otherwise the dash is completely stock, including the gauge cluster. There is no wiper mechanism in it currently, although most people change the stock one over to electric. The seat is original, including the upholstery. The steering wheel, column, etc. is also all stock. Basically, other than the ratchet shifter, the interior is bone stock and cool. The glass is decent to good all around, and the door regulators roll up and down smoothly. The doors latch properly and securely. There is a brand-new battery in the stock under-floor location. I have the hood F250 emblems, hood hinges and latch (currently set up as a tilt-forward), mirrors, and some other miscellaneous parts including door inspection panels, and more. The running gear all appears to all have been removed from the same donor vehicle, a 1974 Ford F250 4x4. The previous owner told me the donor truck had right at 80K miles. The engine is a strong-running 400M 2v with a fresh tune-up and rebuilt carb. It runs great, no issues at all. The transmission is a heavy-duty C6 automatic, shifted by a B&M Star Shifter floor ratchet shifter. I believe the transfer case is a divorced NP205 with 4H, 4L, N, and 2H positions, and the front axle is a Dana 44, the rear a Dana 60. The drivelines have all been cut and balanced and are in proper working condition. The front and rear axles are 8-lug versions, and the front axle has locking hubs. The exhaust system is newer and has two big Flowmaster-style mufflers. The radiator is an original that has been re-cored with a big 4-row core for the big V8 engine. The fuel tank was cleaned and sealed and works properly. The truck is currently a turn-key running and driving project. It has manual steering and manual brakes. The brakes are in good, solid working order. It is tough steering such a big truck with manual steering at low speeds; once you're moving it's easy. That said, this is how they all came back then... a truck in the fifties was a man's vehicle. You can drive it around as it is while restoring it; she starts right up, runs well, and drives soundly, but is a full project. It’s cool as heck and gets thumbs-up wherever it goes. As you may or may not know, 1956 Ford trucks are a one-year-only style, and widely considered “the” truck to have. I want to be clear about this being a project, sold as-is, etc. It’s almost 60 years old, so no warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. I do have clear title that matches the VIN exactly for registration in any state, or international export. Also, I DO have the matching chrome wheel and tire to complete the set... the white spoke wheel/tire is the spare and comes with the truck, too. Please be prepared to make payment within 3 days of auction end via deposit into my Bank of America account, bank wire transfer, or cash.
