1948 Ford F1 Pickup Harley Davidson Tribute Truck Mileage unknown According to NADA, these trucks range in value from $8,400 to $44,500 Runs & drives good, has a fresh tuneup and oil change Important note: This truck is not totally original and is a daily driver-not a show truck. The 1948 F-1 was the first year in the famous and hugely successful line of F Series pickups The truck is all Ford F1 on top and Chevrolet on the bottom. I spent a lot of time finding OEM mirrors, gauges, trim, ashtray, spotlight, toolbox, etc and it looks great. The original gauges don't work because they are 6 volt and it was converted to 12 volt It looks lifted because it sits high on a Chevy K-10 chassis It could be converted to a 4x4 by someone with some mechanical knowledge because the chassis is setup for 4wd, just no transfer case It has a 350 Chevy motor and a 350 Turbo transmission This truck was customized and repainted in Harley Davidson black/orange about 6 years ago but its not perfect because I use the truck at least once a week hauling hay and doing projects around my 5 acre ranch. It does have some cracks, scratches, paint imperfections and normal wear and tear but is a beautiful unique pickup. It has really nice rims with a spare but will need tires soon. It is a one of a kind and gets countless compliments wherever I go The interior is orange and black and the bench seat is beautifully trimmed in orange and black with an HD eagle in the center. It has new rubber trim & glass. Remember it is a 67 year old truck, so it is noisy & has its quirks. It is nowhere near perfect and will need alot of TLC to turn it into a show truck if thats what you want, but as far as an everyday driver and a hard worker/good looker combo you can't beat it.
