1934 Ford extended cab pickup project. New cab from Studleys Independent Rods ($6,700) cab is extended 10 inches total, 2 inches in cowl, 3 inches in doors, 5 inches in back of cab. Includes installed power window kit, window garnish moldings and dash. It sits on new custom 34 speedway boxed frame rails ($2,100)that are extended 6 inches with tubular center section ($350). The frame has air ride front and rear with Scotts Hot Rods super slam independent front end with rear steer rack and pinion steering. Rear suspension is triangulated four bar ($3,500). Front has Wilwood Dynalite disc brakes with aluminum hubs ($800). Rear end is 8 inch ford 3.00 gears with new brakes, wheel cylinders, seals and gasket. Motor is a rebuilt 350 .030 over, small cam, new vortec heads with roller rockers, air gap vortec intake with 600 edelbrock carb. It has stainless steel block hugger headers, but no exhaust system. The transmission is a rebuilt turbo 350 shifted through a new GM tilt column shift steering column ($280). New 34 pickup gas tank from “Tanks”, ($230) aluminum radiator ($200). All new brake lines installed front and rear. Grill shell and stainless insert ($500). New steel bed from Last Refuge Hotrod.com ($800). New Rocket Ignitor wheels and tires ($1200). That’s just the main parts prices not including a lot of labor. The truck is an unfinished project that is completely mocked up that runs and drives.
