For sale is a 2003 Ford Mustang SVT coupe in Redfire metallic. The car is absolutely gorgeous and the odometer shows 5988 miles. The car is completely original, down to original battery and tires. As can be seen in the photos, the car is everything you would expect out of a sub 6000 mile terminator. The car has the revised driver side head with cooling mod from the factory, as noted by the blue paint on the head’s top side. This was done on the car before it left the factory, as the original owner noted it arrived a month later than expected due to this. Adding to the car’s rarity, it also has a dealer installed moon roof. It was installed by the dealer before the car was sold new, as the original owner’s wife desired a sunroof in their new sports car. The car has never seen rain or snow and has never spent a night outside. If you don’t believe me, just check out the chalk mark’s on the IRS in the pictures. The front bumper has never had a license plate holder installed. It is still sitting in the trunk of the car, brand new in plastic bag with instructions. No paintwork or body work ever. Driver’s seat bolster and interior are perfect. Everything works. Full documentation on the car is included. I am the original owner of this near show room quality 1999 SVT Cobra. The car has never been driven in the rain or snow, has been garage kept in a controlled environment and has never been raced.1999 SVT Cobra's had an independent rear suspension and came from the factory with an upgraded 4.6L DOHC engine with 320 hp@6000rpm and 317 pound-feet (430 N·m) of [email protected] were 4040 coupes and 4055 convertibles built. This vehicle with a dark charcoal interior and black exterior is one of 1204 built.This car has been tastefully modified to improve handling and power. That said I have every single original part that came with the car as well as the SVT welcome materials that came with the original vehicle. The original rims have the original tires on them. Every nut, bolt, spark plug, gear, injector etc., from the original car are here. If you want a low mileage original for show you can have it.The following major modifications were done to achieve approx. 480 hp at the engine. The car was last put on the dyno and tested at max 406 hp and 351 pound-feet of torque at the rear wheels. I have the test curve if you are interested.Vortech supercharger and 40lb injectors. Performance chip retune -- tuner included.Kenny Brown level 1 suspension. Lower coil over springs. Strut tower brace. Sub frame connectors. Suspension bushings.Bassani Stainless high flow catalytic converters, x pipe and high flow stainless steel exhaust. 410 rear gears re-tuned for accurate speedometer readings. BBK short throw shifter, K&N air filter etc.All done at a mustang specialty shop in Madison with upkeep done by a specialty shop in Hustisford.The only real changes to the exterior to be noticed are the Cobra R chrome wheels. There is a slight whine that can be heard from the super charger when the vehicle is stopped but there is nothing outside of that to give any indication the car has been modified. Once moving the power output and exhaust does make its presence known.The last 5 or so pictures are pictures of the original included parts.
