When I had the compressor polished I didn't charge the Freon. Car has a few dings in it from things bumping into it in the garage over the years. Nothing too bad though. The material on the visors are coming apart (can find them on Ebay for cheap). Also, has a small exhaust leak, easy fix. I might be being a little picky on the condition but I have perfect 100% feedback and don't want to mislead anyone. Sorry about it being sideways...There is a video on YouTube. This is an original Black on Black Ford Mustang GT 5.0 5 Speed. This isn't the easiest combo to find and it took me several years to find it. For me the fun is in the project and I had the motor pulled out and had it completely rebuilt at the mechanic and had the car towed to the bodyshop. Up for auction is a newly painted very clean and powerful 1991 Mustang GT 5.0, 5 Speed. Exterior paint is black with no rust on the body! Car was professionally painted and detailed, the pictures don't really do it justice. The interior has a newer black carpet with the seats being gray. There is a tiny rust spot on the hood. Interior is clean I say 8/10. So to list all the work this car may be lengthy but here it goes, recently tuned up, tires have less that 3K on them, oil is fresh, the ECU was reprogramed in the winter, has a kenwood head unit, new rear brakes and drums as well as rear coil springs. lowering springs pro kit, slotted & dimpled front rotors with upgraded calipers, undercarriage of the car has been undercoated by previous owner also has sub frame connectors! motor and trans mounts are polyurethane, crossover H-pipe with cat converters, 2.5" dynomax ultraflow mufflers which sound awesome!! Pro 5.0 ripper shifter to move you through the gears! Under the Hood we have a 302 5.0 with a E303 cam, Trick Flow aluminum heads, 70mm throttle body w/matching mass air sensor and 24lb an hour fuel injectors and upgraded fuel pump!! Cold air induction kit with BBK shorty headers, aluminum upper and lower intake manifolds and Cobra Valve covers. This car also has under drive pulleys with a new water pump and belt. Lots of time and money has gone into this car to get it to where it is, I have the receipts to prove it. Trans has a centerforce clutch and lower end on the motor was freshened up when the new heads/cam went on. Up for sale is my 1989 Ford Mustang GT. ~158k miles on body, ~10k on motor/trans. ~2-3k on suspension/rear end parts. Vortech supercharged. Selling it because the rings in the #7 cylinder (3rd back from front drivers side) are bad, causing the spark plug to foul up almost immediately, and I can't afford to put any more money into it. I had new Cometic head gaskets put on about 1k miles ago after the old ones blew last year, and the shop said there was some rust in the #7 cylinder from water sitting in there from the blown gasket, but that it might last some before a rebuild. So, with my blessing, we put new gaskets on, and it ran great for a little bit, but now it needs to be rebuilt. Will list parts below, basically all the car needs is a new shortblock, or this one rebuilt, and it should run low 11s on drag radials and high 10s on slicks. Car dyno'd at 345whp with an 11.8-12:1 AFR and 15 degrees total timing, and I got it to run 12.3@110 on drag radials with the only decent launch of the night when it was first put together on that tune, so there's a lot more in it. I was just not expecting the rings to go this quick, and I can't put any more money into the car, so it needs to go to a new home instead of sitting in my driveway again for a while. This combo was first in my other Mustang with no Vortech, but unfortunately I wrecked that one, so I acquired this car from a friend which had the Vortech already installed, and I just slid my drivetrain in and did all the suspension work. All work done by Maryland Perfomance Center in Frederick, MD. Tune done by George @ MPC. Car is worth at least $9-10k with a good motor, and it should cost about $3-4k to have a basic shortblock rebuilt and/or installed, so the price reflects that difference. I know what the parts on the car are worth, and what it's worth parted out, so I won't take any lowball offers, sorry.
