2005 Mustang GT- Legendary Lime in color, 134,914 miles, 5 speed, 4.6 liter 3v- runs great! Absolutely no leaks any where, engine does not burn or use oil. Transmission shifts great. Will pass emissions testing. This is a very nice car- one that I intended to keep for much longer (I purchased in the spring of 2013 with 122,000 miles. All of the mechanical improvements will benefit the new owner. This car will likely need nothing (maybe tires) for many, many miles to come. Having come from a Large Ford dealer- Planet Ford in Houston, TX, one could take comfort in the fact that only the nicer cars are kept to be sold on their lot. Engine oil changed regularly (every 3,000 miles) over it's life, and I've used Valvoline Synthetic 5w-20 during the 14,000 miles I've owned it Stock exhaust system with Magna Flow mufflers. Has K&N cold air kit just installed a few thousand miles ago (the stock air intake setup comes with the car). Clear Blue Texas title- (no salvage or rebuilt title here). Also, the car is paid for, title is in my name & ready for transfer- no liens Has complete take-off suspension from a then new 2013 Track Pack Mustang GT (front and rear springs, struts and shocks, pan hard bar, new sway bar and bushings off the 2013). Swapped out the factory lower control arms with New Ford Racing lower control arms (w/ new hydra-bushings and upgraded ball joints). Also, inner and outer tie rod ends (Moog brand). New Moog sway bar tie rods too. Also replaced both front wheel bearing assembly's. All of this was done approx.. 10,000 miles ago. The inner tie rods had a very minor amount of play, the outer tie rod boots were cracked, as were the sway bar tie rod boots. The wheel bearings didn't really need replacing, but I wanted a new car ride and feel. I replaced the struts, shocks, control arms, and tie rods so that the car would ride and handle as a new one- and it does! Factory Motorcraft spark plugs were replaced approx. 12,000 miles ago. Also, the thermostat and coolant was replaced as a precaution. The intake manifold and throttle body were replaced just prior to my purchasing the vehicle. I purchased the Mustang from a dealer, and it had just passed emissions testing. Has chrome factory Ford 18" wheels with and tires still have great tread. Also has a newly installed trailer hitch- never hauled any thing with it though (used it for a carrier to haul luggage on a trip). Intended to occasionally haul my jet ski, but sold the ski before having the chance to tow with the Mustang. Also, the rear differential limited slip unit was shimmed to perform as new (new axle seals & filled with factory ford synthetic fluid). Manual transmission was drained and filled with synthetic ATF. New Performance Friction front and rear brake pads installed recently. Listed as a fixed price, no waiting to see if the price is out of your range! This car is for sale locally, so I may end this listing early if the car sells. $500 deposit due immediately via PayPal- Prefer Cash within 7 days, will accept Cashier's Check- however, vehicle will not be released until the funds clear through my bank account (7-10 days after receiving the Cashier's check) Thanks for looking,
