Beautiful freshly restored candy apple red 1966 convertible mustang. Only driven 50 miles since restoration. This vehicle has been completely disassembled and painted with base/clear and chassis black in engine compartment. New pony interior (red/white)including: new steering wheel, seat covers, seat foam, carpet, door panels, interior and exterior handles, instrument gauge bezel, glove box and door, shifter assembly, dash pad, heater box, heater controls, and sun visors. Exterior includes: new tail light lenses/bezels, reverse lights, GT equipment group, front turn signals, and new bumpers. In addition, new white conv. top (power), pump hose kit, weather stripping, and well liner. Mechanical systems: rebuilt transmission (C4 Automatic), 289 2bbl, new fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel lines, brakes, brake lines, dual exhaust, upper/lower control arms (Scott Drake),tie rods, springs (front and rear), shocks, radiator, radiator hoses, solenoid, starter, speedometer cable, and belts. Note: originally a 6 cyl car, but conv. to V8 (1966 eng. and trans.). Styled steel wheels and white letter tires complete this beautiful car. Vehicle is available for local inspection (I have a car lift). Engine runs like a dream, starts easily, idles smoothly, and very responsive.
