Here is your chance to own a beautiful 2004 SVT Mustang Cobra with only 12,800 miles! 1 of 308! I originally purchased the Cobra from a Lamborghini dealership and am the second owner. The first owner of the car had purchased it planning to give it to his son when he turned 16. The father had the car stored in an air controlled unit and it was always indoors and was saving it for his sons 16th birthday. The father would go and drive it monthly but only drove it short distances. Unfortunately his son was unable to drive the car when he turned 16 and his dad decided to sell the car to the dealership. It only had 800 miles on it and was like new in 2008 when I purchased it! Since 2008, I have only put an additional 12,000 miles on the car and it now has 12,803 miles. It’s still like new! You can still smell the leather seats the same when I went to pick up the car in 2008. This car is amazing and something special. It has seen the rain only once or twice by accident, never driven in the snow even though it was originally purchased in Chicago. I always detailed the car myself. I would use a two bucket wash method, clay bar, 2 step polish, Wolfgang Fusion ($200) wax and the whole 9 yards. I love this car and enjoy taking care of it. The oil I used each time I changed the oil was Royal Purple XPR 5W-30 Ultra-light Extreme Performance Synthetic Racing Motor Oil. I do not skimp. THIS OIL IS $20 PER QUART. Back in 2008 the dealership installed a clearbra on the front of the car, and mirrors to prevent rock chips. The clearbra has a scuff mark on the drivers side. My dad was obsessed with having the car not hangout into the sidewalk and pulled it too far forward and lightly bumped our other car and it chipped the paint in a three inch section. I left the film on for chip protection, but it would look better taken off or replaced with a newer film. I have the Borla stinger catback, with the pro chamber x pipe (it sounds AMAZING) deep and powerful with great tone, no rasp. Loud as can be when you want, but put it in fifth or sixth gear and it can be tame if you’d like. I also did a 2.76 upper pulley, JLT cold air intake, H&R Race springs, and a dyno tune by Bob Kurgan (Bob Kurgan is very well known out of Chicago). All of the work was done by Deans Performance, a very reputable shop. Hans (the owner of Deans Performance) is great! It made great power and dynoed just shy of 500whp and 500tq. I have 315/35/17 Mickey Thompson ET street drag radials on the rear, and still have the original tires on the front. I moved to Arizona and took the car with me. It was shipped in an all enclosed truck. It is always garage kept, and driven monthly. It’s my ‘weekend’ car and as such I have been able to keep the miles very low, and the car is in pristine condition. NO RUST. It’s a great car and drives spectacularly. It is so fun to drive around and have the top down on a nice day and cruise around town. The Cobra almost always gets thumbs up when I am out driving, and it draws crowds at car shows. People don’t believe me when I tell them it only has 12,000 miles! Don’t let this chance to own a 2004 Mustang SVT Cobra with extremely low miles slip through your fingers!
