For sale is a well cared for 2012 Mustang Boss 302. This one is rare with only 533 built in this color and only 69 with these options. All maintenance (what little it's needed) has been documented in a log book and includes regular uniform oil analysis. This car is a blast to drive. The grip, the acceleration, and the noise are utterly addictive. When I try, I can get over 20 mpg in town with this car...but the noise of the engine makes it so hard to drive it gently. When you own this car, you'll know exactly what I mean. This car has the Ford Racing Track Key calibration installed and the difference between the standard key and the Track Key are night and day. It simply comes alive when you put the "Red" key in. It gurgles and pops...it sounds like a race car. But when you (as if) get tired of the noise, just put it into 6th gear and cruise in comfort. I've left my Boss stock except for 3 items. I've installed the MGW shifter in order to increase shifting precision; lets face it, the stock shifter was a pretty bad design; the new shifter is a pure joy to operate and transmits zero noise into the cabin. I installed a catch-can to keep oil out of the intake during high RPM operation; this is a common upgrade on high performance cars to help keep the engine free from carbon build-up. I changed the tires from the stock Pirelli P-Zero tires to Dunlop Dirrezza ZII tires; there wasn't anything wrong with the stock tires, but the Dunlops are far superior in grip and offer nearly the same treadwear. I kept the two rear Pirelli's, which have about half their tread remaining, just in case of a puncture, so if you buy the car you're welcome to the spare tires too. Feel free to ask any questions you want.
