True California Mustang GT Coupe for sale. History available. The vehicle is a factory built GT. It has all the GT options such as: Code A engine, front disc brakes, proper power steering and suspension, correct stripes and badging and correct exhaust hangers and trumpet exhausts. In addition, the vehicle has the following options: red pony interior, new dual red line radial tires, air conditioning (new compressor), aftermarket radio (original AM available), seat belt warning light, rare California emission control system, spotlight, tissue dispenser, engine dress up kit, center console, cigarette lighter/map light combo, wood grain trim and steering wheel, rally-pac, power steering, tinted windshield, black vinyl roof, remote trunk release, day/night rear view mirror, original trunk mat and jack, courtesy trunk and engine compartment lights and headlight warning light buzzer. Vehicle was in California until 1992 when it was purchased by a Wisconsin resident. The car was a "trailer queen" with 29,000 miles. In Wisconsin, it was a consistent show winner and did win some Best of Show trophies. A friend of mine purchased the car in 1992. Since then, the vehicle was driven. I purchased the car in 2012 and have done a cosmetic restoration bringing it back to a #2 condition. To the best of my knowledge and the searching I have done, I believe the mileage is original and it is has all the original parts and sheet metal. A very solid car and an excellent driver. The air conditioning has been converted to 134a. The single master cylinder has been converted to a dual master cylinder.
