Cant believe I am listing this, but have got the bug for a raptor. For sale is a incredible 2001 Mustang Svt Cobra. The body has a 105k miles on it. Ive owned this car since 2009, and am the second owner. I purchased this car from a guy in Birmingham, Al where it had 97k on it. Car is loaded with Mach 460 audio and rear wing. The rear wing has been removed and the trunk was plugged with painted to match plugs. I do have the wing and it is included. After I brought it home I started modding it. The Car was taken apart and every wire harness was changed to 2003 Harness from a wrecked car. It runs the ydh0 pcm. The Speedometer was replaced with the 2003 cluster, its shows 49k on it, and has a high boost overlay. The Original Cluster Showed 105k when it was removed. The motor has been built, it was done a few years ago, but have roughly 400 miles on it. Everything for the eaton was installed, intercooler, alt, p/s lines etc were changed. All of the Emissions have been removed, egr, cats etc. It has a Sct X3 Tune with A tune from Amazon Racing. It runs and drives great, a little harder steering effort is needed because on the Cobra R Rack. This has been a thorough tear down and rebuild of a car that honestly had nothing wrong with it when I started, but turned into a $35,000+ project (and I have receipts for just about everything). I started by completely disassembling the entire car inside and out. I removed the entire drivetrain, all suspension (including front k-member), body panels, and all interior. I then cleaned the entire car, installed Dynamat in the trunk and rear seat area and painted the interior floor and trunk area, engine compartment, and underside of the car with a rubberized sound deadening coating. I completely tore down the engine, had it bored and cleaned, and reassembled it will all new parts (listed below). Drive this two owner, Montana car across the country the way it is. My family has enjoyed driving this Mustang for hundreds of miles last weekend, in and out of town. This car has been garaged most of it's life as evidenced by the excellent dash with no cracks although has some normal interior wear, ie front drivers upper seat. There is a set of factory correct new front seat covers in the trunk if you prefer. The blinkers, emergency flashers, bright and dim head lights all work. This car won second prize at the 2009 International Mustang meet for the modified class with it's exterior Ferrari red paint. This car has been well maintained during it's life with no accidents or rust on the body. It can be your daily driver.
