Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Re-listed due to non paying bidder - Folks - to be fair to everyone - please bid to buy not to browse! This car is only available for sale in there United States - Foreign Bidders - sorry - too many problems with payment and communication. This is twice that I have been burned. Nothing personal - its business.1965 Ford Mustang Straight Six Cylinder Automatic - Original Engine and Transmission!A solid car - worth taking a look! Up for your consideration is a great looking and rare American icon, a 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe! When was the last time you saw one of these great rides at a local car show or Sunday drive?I bought this car 4 years ago in Connecticut with the intentions of having it professionally restored, however dreams and budgets don't always match! I did purchase an interior kit that will go with the sale of the car. You get seat covers, headliner and carpet and if you act now;) you get some other interior parts to get this wonderful car looking really great! Seat covers are TMI. Exterior: The car is extremely solid for being a northeast car. I have the original registration for this car - it is from Connecticut. In looking at the car, one can tell that the front fenders were replaced. They do look like reproduction fenders. In addition, the quarter panels we're also replaced. You can tell because there is filler by the rear windshield on both sides of the car. The car by no means is a bond bucket. I am a car enthusiast, and one can tell. The car is solid underneath. I took many pictures underneath to demonstrate the originality and the solid structure of the car. A perfect car to either restore back to stock, modify, or make a nice pro touring vehicle. The trunk is solid - Of course, the gas tank is there, but the surrounding floor sections are solid. The quarter panels were replaced; but look solid.Paint wise, definitely painted in spots with non matching green. This is not an original paint job, but the car is a factory green - check the vin and you can tell. This is a 20 footer paint job, it is not perfect by any means! Underneath: The car has held up quite well, no accidents, rust, or holes. Truly dry - very solid - If you know Mustangs, they rot - this one appears quite solid. That was why I bought it. If you have a great foundation, the rest is only limited by your budget. The fenders and quarter panels were replaced. Interior: It is original to the car and is fair at best. No rips or tares in the seats, but they are 50 years old. A good cleaning can bring them back to life. However, I am including new seat covers and a headliner! The headliner is dirty and there is a evidence that a mouse did get in there. The rear valance looks like someone tried to install spreaders back there, and were not too successful. That can easily be replaced. The original radio is in the dash - but does not work.A good cleaning is in order for this car or if yu wish a replacement of interior components. The glove box (inside) is missing. I may or may not have it (replacement), but if I do have it, it goes with the sale! Documentation: I do have the original registration on the car. I may have the owners manual. Also included are:Interior kit - all the components I purchased, there is a fair amount, I spent a lot of money on it. It has been awhile since I checked it, but it is in my home garage. So what I have, the new owner gets asa bonus with the sale! Maintenance:- Gas Tank was replaced - Exhaust is fairly new - not rotten- Brake lines and shoes were replaced - previous owner told me that car starts and stops on a dime. Engine and Transmission: As you can see the engine bay is clean and it runs great! The new owner can detail the engine if he or she chooses.Car starts and drives nicely - I have driven it around the yard and up and down the street. Original engine and driveline. Good pep for a 6 cylinder automatic! Note, I did notice that the generator light stays on even when key is out of the car - so there must be a ground loose or something. I have the battery disconnected when it is not in use. The car sounds, drives and shifts great - no slippage or known mechanical issues. I have not driven it far - I do suggest the new owner have the car gone through in detail before putting it on the road for regular use. Me personally, I bought it because it has "great bones" - drive and enjoy now while budget the restoration. However, life and priorities change and that is why I am selling it! The car is for sale "where is" and "as is" with no warranties expressed or implied. It is the buyer's responsibility to coordinate shipping and all expenses incurred. There are no guarantees expressed or implied with this sale. Car is for sale as is where is. It is the buyers responsibility for shipping the car. I will work with the seller on coordination. (weekends are best). No title, keys or release of the car will take place until car is paid in full. All checks must clear completely! THIS IS A BEST OFFER SALE - Low Ball Offers will not be considered! I have the right to delete this listing at any time as the car is for sale in other media outlets. If you have a feedback of less than 10 - Contact me prior to bidding or I will delete your bid.NOTE: If you send in an offer and I accept it, please contact me within 24 hours of the accepted bid or I will relist the car.
