1922 Model T3-Door TouringESTATE SALE I'm pleased to offer this 1922 Ford Model T Touring body with long term documented NJ ownership (owner passed away on 08-16-2013) This is a garage kept, lightly driven Model T in very nice running condition with a very well maintained 30 year old restoration. Options include generator, water pump, and electric starter. Clean NJ Title. Body and frame are in very nice condition with no rust. Upholstery is also very nice with wonderful patina glow. New fuel tank installed. I had the T running but now the fuel is leaking at the carb and just cranks. I'm not very familiar with model t and there pedals and operation take some knowledge to operate. Steering and brakes function. Top is in nice shape. Paint has some wear and finish has some cracking still looks good and is or would be a great parade car. 1926 Ford model T-Bucket. This is crazy T Bucket built in the late 60' s from a kit. It was built by a Chevy dealership in San Diego. It was built originally with the Z28 302 engine with matching M22. The 4 speed was also chromed. I took this engine and trans out for the owner, and then installed this 327. The 1968 327 came out of a convertible Camaro which got an LS1 swap. It has around 30k miles on it. It has moderately built 327, with a Schneider camshaft, Edelbrock 625cfm carburetor, and Edelbrock intake. Engine is solid mounted on all four corners with small rubber gaskets. Old brass radiator with a working Model T cap thermostat, and an electric fan. Has a rebuilt TH350 with less than 100 miles on it. Front end consists of a 4" drop chrome tube axle with chrome hairpins and 42'-48' Ford juice brakes. Steering is controlled by a chromed Corvair box, which chrome is heavily patina'd. Rear end is out of a 55'-57' Chevy and is also chromed, hung by semi-elliptic springs and hairpins. Even the driveshaft is chrome. Tires are brand new Coker classic wide whites. Fronts are 5 - 60 X 15 and rears H - 78 X 15. Rims are 15" chrome inners and painted outers. Chrome hubcaps. Side mirrors appear to be from a 66' Chevy. Seat belts are 60's Chevy. Old sparkle green loop carpet. Headers are painted white (paint's peeling a bit) and are open. Sounds nasty with a lumpy idle. The interior is green button tuck, older, but not cracked. Interior paint looks like it was light blue at one time. Tachometer does not work... This car has a ton of patina from the chrome to the cracked lacquer paint. This thing is period correct, built during the fiberglass T bucket craze when they were crazy and loud. Fun car, gets tons of looks. Its very comfortable to drive. Currently registered and insured. * 1931 HOTROD T-BUCKET *BACKGROUND HISTORY The Model T's were hot-rodded and customized from the 1920's and on, but the T-Bucket was specifically created and named by Norm Grabowski in the 1950's. The exposure from appearing on the TV show "77 Sunset Strip" gave the T-Bucket an incredible amount of attention. From then, numerous copies have been built. A genuine T-Bucket has the two-seater body of a Model T Roadster (with or without the turtle deck or small pickup box), this "bucket" shaped body is where the car gets its name. They generally feature an enormous engine for the size and weight of the car, generally a V8, along with tough drivetrains to handle the power and large rear tires to apply that power to the road. The front wheels are often much narrower than the rear wheels, and are often motorcycle wheels. Relisting do to non-paying high bidder. Here is a sharp 1927 Ford Model T Runabout. Nicely maintained- the roof is fully removable. The body is solid, normal wear and nicks from driving and age. The fenders, running boards are solid and strong. The interior is fully removable and re-done by a professional upholsterer. Good percolating clean running motor, car doesn't drip any oil or gas, starter button was moved to the dash as convenience. Has a good NH carburetor, newer wiring and re-built coils & coilbox. I can't get the ammeter to register, it is newer. The brakes have an aftermarket equalizer so this car stops by both the pedal & the transmission, and you get both if you step hard enough. Bands feel like Kevlar (I was told). Engine is strong, sounds good, and I have uploaded two videos for you to hear and see the car. All lights work and rear "STOP" brake light gets good attention. Nice door panels, restored steering wheel, original Model T key-fob and overall a nice solid car. Wire wheels and the tires and tubes are good. Radiator keeps the car cool and the original horn sounds great! Runs strong on battery and Magneto and the rear end was rebuilt by previous owner so both back wheels are tight. Winner to pay $200 down payment through PayPal and balance in cash or bank wire within a week or so. Clear Illinois title, no legal issues. This is a nice old Flivver shows itself very well!
