Greetings! What we have for sale this fine, Thursday morning is a friend's 1929 Ford Model A roadster pickup in excellent, restored condition. Many dollars were spent on making this one of the best Model A pick-up roadsters in the World. This is a rust -free, California truck that has had a complete, body-off restoration which took years to accomplish. This truck does have a few modifications to make it safer on today's roads, and one of those is the 1940 hydraulic brakes retro-fitted to all four corners on the roadster. The original engine has been rebuilt and has literally test miles on it; maybe 15 miles total, and the pickup runs just great, cruising easily in all gears. New clutch installed during restoration, along with new tires and trued wheels. The metal fenders are original, painted black while the body is a forest green. The doors are aluminum and the bed's lining has been relined with a new wood kit along with all fastener and coated with varnish to protect it from the elements. The interior panels, seat bottom and back have been recovered in period correct material making the interior look as good as the exterior. The windshield has been professionally cleaned up to look concours. This is a perfect roadster pickup that will bring home a trophy at any car event and will happily cruise any parade. If you'd like more or different photos, please let me know. All offers will be reviewed so don't be afraid to ask; the car does need to go to a new home. The car is located in Somerset, California and can be viewed and test-driven by appointment. Paul is the owner and is ready and happy to answer any and all questions: 408 639 1272 I will help with all shipping arrangements, local or world-wide. thanks, and Happy Best-Offering!!bill
