This is a late 1928 or early 1929 coupe. It is titled as a 28 , but has some 29 features. It is all steel with a straight and smooth body and a very nice high gloss professional body shop paint job. It has been driven since it was painted so their are a few nicks ect. but as the pictures show this is still a very sharp car. The interior has been replaced and looks like new. The top is also new. The engine and transmission have been gone through and it runs and shifts great. All the tires are brand new , even the spare on the back. All of the wheels have been powder coated gloss black. This car drives down the road very well with tight steering and no shimmy. Also the brakes are all new and work well. This coupe has a large trunk to keep your things on a trip. All of the lights work as well as the horn. If your looking for a fun summer car that is ready to go then this is it.As always we have this nice model A priced to sell, but we are open to your offer. VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: This is a 1928 Ford Model A Two Door Sport Coupe equipped with: 201 CI Four Cylinder Ford Engine 3 Speed Transmission Tan Sport Top Manual Choke Black Powder Coated Original Wire Wheels This 1928 Ford Model A Two Door Sport Coupe starts with ease and sounds as smooth as a sewing machine. The three speed transmission shifts gently into gear and the car just puts right down the road! This 1928 Sport Coupe is in excellent, restored condition. Rarely driven and always stored in a climate controlled building by the previous owner, the paint, chrome and mechanicals continue to be as outstanding as when the rotisserie restoration was completed nearly 20 years ago. While it has not been previously campaigned, this Model A remains an excellent AACA candidate! The undercarriage, floorpans, frame, and frame braces are all in excellent condition, with no rust. The paint and chrome remain in excellent condition with no cracking or checking. The original motor looks as it did over 80 years ago and runs super! The interior including the seats, carpet, headliner, and door panels are all in excellent condition. The dash and all gauges are all in working order from the fuel gauge to the dash light. It's nearly impossible to stress the stunning, unmolested condition of this Model A! As the first year for the Model A, this Sport Coupe is an excellent example of an original car and would make a great addition to any collection! 1931 FORD MODEL A 5 WINDOW CHOP TOP COUPE Old School Hot Rod/Rat Rod with lots of patina! MOTOR: 400 SBC that is in stock form with 3 carb intake and mallory ignition that runs great! T-bucket header and side pipes with baffles. Transmission: 200r4 automatic over-drive transmission that shifts good. REAREND: 12 bolt GM with highway gears?(not sure of the ratio?) FRONTEND: Custom made spring behind drop axle BRAKES: Disc front and drum rear. SUSPENSION: Rear is a single old school stock type leaf pack with ladder bars, Front is a leaf spring with a reverse coil spring to take a shocks place with a hairpin style trailing arm. GLASS: All the glass is in good shape and the front windshield still tilts out. INTERIOR: Old School 50's style Red vinyl with white piping, custom done by an upholstery shop. TIRES\WHEELS: Old school steel wheels with hub caps and whitewall tires. BODY: The body is all steel and solid. Chopped top. This was not a rotten old car to start with, it's all there. But not perfect and full of imperfections that give it lots of old school patina. DASH: out of a mid fifties chevy car. All the gauges seem to work good. This car has full lights and turn signals that seem to work good. This car runs and drives very well for an old school hot rod. Can go 70 mph down the freeway. Tires are in good shape. The only thing it really needs is a battery cut off switch. The battery will drain down if it sits for a long time without being started or driven. This is an extremely fun car to drive around in and take to car shows and gets the thumbs up everywhere you drive it. I have described this car to the best of my knowledge. Please see all the pictures and ask all questions before bidding or making a realistic offer. You can see a walkaround youtube video of the car running, cut and paste link: https://youtu.be/sx0Q4x7Uu3s You can message me through ebay or call me at (651) 775-7887 Thanks! 1930 Ford Model A Five Window Coupe with Canvas Soft Top Complete Off-Frame Resoration Pro-Built 350 Cubic Inch Crate motor | 200-4R Transmission All Steel Body and Fenders | Deep Amethyst Purple Paint Job | Freshly Chromed hardware 4 Wheel Disc Brake Conversion | Pete and Jake’s Shocks- All Chrome | Flowmaster Exhaust Full Camel Tan Leather Interior & Trunk | AM/FM Stereo | Fully Operational Gauges 1930 Ford Model A VIN: a3336161 Odometer: 2200 Engine: 350 Cubic Inch/195 HP Chevy Crate Engine Transmission: 200-4R Automatic Transmission Exterior: Amethyst Deep Purple Interior: Camel Tan-Fully Leather-Trunk Matches The engine featured in this car is a 350 Cubic Inch Chevrolet Crate Engine with 300 ft/lbs of torque. It features an upgraded fuel system with an Edelbrock package. This includes the renowned carburetor, intake manifold, and fuel pump assembly. They were added to give you tip top performance, and more importantly, an enjoyable feeling of power when you step on the gas. The electrical system includes an HEI Distributor with the Crossfire cap, with power running through Taylor ignition wires. This car features ceramic coated headers from Flowtech, leading in to a dual Flowmaster exhaust. There is a Flowkool water pump for a reinforced cooling system, and both an alternator and starter from Powermaster. It is a bulletproof showroom car ready to go! This car was a complete Frame-off restoration. Almost everything over and under this car is new, from the engine to even the chassis. All of the Chrome was redone on this car, including the framework around the new safety glass windshield. The deep amethyst paint job was recently added while the drive train was out of the car. The time was taken to carefully remove every piece of this car to avoid the chances of overspray. Precise hand painted pin-striping lines both sides of the car just over the door hinges, flowing down the rear along the corner of the rear panel. Hundreds of pictures are available upon request. The body panels of this car are remarkably straight for its age. The Interior in this car was done by DC Upholstery out of Las Vegas, NV. They are a custom interior shop that specializes in luxury and classic cars. They completely re-foamed the seats in this car, and covered them with a rich camel tan leather. They even reupholstered the trunk with the same color and leather, tying the entire interior of this car together. The wood inserts in this car are new. The gauge cluster is the 1932 ford Full Gauge Package and is fully functional. All of the steering column and the Lokar shifter are immaculate chrome. An AM/FM radio has been added for extra enjoyment with mp3 and IPod capabilities. We find that one of the most important part of the cars we sell is the undercarriage. It is truly heartbreaking to receive a car that looks great up top, but rusted and destroyed underneath. It comes across as deceitful, especially because most people aren’t going to disclose to customers what the undercarriage of their car looks like. This can be a serious problem in relations to rust, twists and bends in the frame and floors, and even leaks and other cosmetic damage. However, we like to show you the undercarriage on our cars. Not because there are problems to disclose, but because of how truly remarkable these cars look underneath. Its’s not every day you see the undercarriage of an 85 year old car and see that it is completely restored, refurbished, and in pristine condition like the one you see here. This cars entire chassis is new from TCI. They specialize in Chassis for classic cars and builds. Everything was removed from this car, refurbished or replaced, and pieced back together. The frame and floor panels are powder coated black, and the suspension, fuel lines, and brake lines are all stainless steel to prevent rust and prolong performance. The fuel lines are a stainless steel braided line from Russell, and travel all the way from the gas tank to the Carburetor. The Brake Booster is below the floor boards. All 4 wheels have been converted to disc brakes, as well as new shocks and suspension from Pete and Jake’s. The front and rear suspension is a chrome 4 bar system for added stability on the road, featuring 4 custom chrome shocks. This car is truly a piece of art, above and below. Terms and Conditions. The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS. We can help arrange shipping worldwide at reasonable rates. The buyer is responsible for any costs incurred in obtaining possession of the vehicle as well as any sales tax and registration fees. Please e-mail us for more information. The buyer agrees that they have had an inspection prior to purchase or fully understands that the vehicle is a pre-owned vehicle and is sold in "AS-IS" condition. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 US Dollars must be deposited to our PayPal account upon agreement to purchase. Any remaining balance of the total purchase price and shipping costs must be remitted in US Dollars in the form of cash or cashier's check. 1930 Ford Model A Rumble Seat Coupe. This car is mostly complete and needs work. Just out of long term storage, not running but does turn over with compression. 1935 Ford 16" wire wheels with hydraulic juice brakes on all 4 corners added decades ago. Roof has been filled with a piece of tin. The header wood looks like it needs replaced but the rest of the wood in the car looks fair. There are dents and dings on almost every panel and rust through in the lower few inches of the cowl and quarters of the body. Rust is not that visible on the body but poor patch work from many decades ago is visible. The rear panel below deck lid is rough and need replaced, cannot be seen in the pics. Rear fenders need some work as well. The subrails in the body look fine. The doors open and close nice, all the glass is in the car, original seat frame and seat springs are in good shape. Seat needs recovered but is complete. The car rolls and steers easily. Sold as a hot rod project for parts without title. Call if you have any questions 715-790-8118. Car is located in northern Wisconsin 54868.
