Unfortunately I need to sell my 1929 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan. I have included some pictures of the car. I have too many projects and not enough space to work on them. The car’s engine is not in the vehicle. Here is the short story. My father passed away about two years ago. He thought the distributor was the problem and could not get it to run. He became ill and stopped working on it. Once I was able to start working on the car I noticed the three head bolts were stripped. I took those out and put a heli coils in. Once the head was off I noticed the gasket was bad and also noticed the rings were bad in the back two cylinders. I took out the cylinders and the pistons and bought new ones. The old pistons were .070 which yall know you cannot get anymore. I bought .080 pistons, new connecting rods and gasket set. No big deal I was going to have the cylinders honed out at a local machine shop. Took the engine apart and now I noticed the babbiting on one of the main bearings was bad. At this point this is more money than I want to spend on the engine. I have other cars I am working on. Upholstery is in great shape. Carpet has a couple of holes. Paint is good for a driver but it does have a bad spot on the right front splash apron due to gas getting on the paint. Car has been restored for about 30 years. Ask me any question I will be absolutely honest about the car. Would like to see someone get the car that will use it. Car is in Greenville, Texas.
