It is getting harder to find an original Model A Ford that hasn't been restored several times or turned into a hot rod today. The coupe I have has a lot of rust thru on the lower end, but still has the potential to be a nice restored car or a descent hod rod project. Almost every piece of a Model A is being reproduced, as well as plenty of original parts still available. This is a very complete car that starts/runs, has some work completed on it, and comes with some needed new parts. The sheet metal is straight, very few small dents in it, and a desirable body style. This is considered a late 1931 Model A Ford having the indented firewall, where the fuel shutoff is located. The stainless headlights are nice, and so is the cowl band, not all dented up from the hood. The steering axle king pins are still tight, no signs of being replaced, and having a 1939-40 license plate gives me the inclination it has low miles on it? There are (5) matching tires on the car, and the lights/horn work, plus when running shows a charging rate from the generator. Original 1930 steel Model A sedan. This car has the best of everything. A new G.M. Ramjet 350 fuel injected V-8 350 h.p. , 400 ft. pounds of torque. New trans. 700 R4.New Ford 9" posi rear end 31 spline axels 3.50 to 1 gear ratio. Stainless steel exhaust all T.I.G. welded. Hand made mahogany dash. Power leather seats and windows. The leather is incredible in this car . Power windows switches are behind the leather on the door panels. This car drives like its on rails. Four wheel disc brakes that are power, stops this car on a dime. Cold A/C from the vintage air system. I could write about this car for hours about the build details. I spent a lot of money building this car to make one the best.
