This is a running, driving Model A. Has turn signals added. The two cowl lights and two taillights are utilized for signal function. Good original brakes. Parking brake works. Engine bay is original with the exception of an alternator. This car has very shiny/slick black paint that was not prepared properly because it is peeling/flaking in places. Leading edge of roof has duct tape across it. Just a pretty decent old A that has not been molested and is very straight and solid. Ask questions please thru Ebay or TEXT ONLY nine three one 7282894. I am listing one of my projects as I am going to start on another one and this one will just sit until I get around to it and I could use the garage space. Here for your consideration is a 1929 Ford Model A rat rod I pulled out of a barn last year. This is a hot rod that was originally built back in the 60s. I don't know a whole lot about it and most of it is still the way it was when I got it. It originally was a 1929 ford coupe that they cut the top off to make into a roadster. They also put it on a 57 chevy frame that is still very solid and useable. They did a decent job running it down the side of the body similar to a 1932 style. I put in new front shocks, new ball joints and new polyurethane upper and lower control arm bushings. It has a 58 chevy rear end under it. Its still mounted in there how the last owner did it who knows how long ago so it needs mounted in better and some new shocks or go with coilovers. The doors were originally welded shut and the tops of the doors were cut down so that they could just hop in instead of opening the door. Apparently that was the style back in the day and was called a "speedster". The doors open again now and I tack welded in some pieces off of some other doors I had just to level up the doors with the rest of the body again. Just a rough start and it could all be finished when you take on the rest of the body. Keep in mind this IS a project, it needs all new floors and a firewall made, which wouldn't be hard I just never got to that point, I wanted to get a motor and trans in first and build the floor and firewall around it after it was put in. The brakes aren't hooked up and would need gone through, I have a box of new brake parts. Some but not all can still be used, the box has gotten wet at some time so im assuming some parts got damaged. The car runs but does not drive, along with needing floors and firewall it needs steering and a driveshaft as well. That's most of what I can describe for the body and frame now I'll talk about the rebuilt Buick 455 big block and trans I put in it. I welded in new mounts for the engine and trans so if you keep that motor and trans in it, that work is already done for you. Its a 1975 buick 455 I went through and rebuilt details are below: Rebuilt 1975 Buick 455 Big Block: New ground .010 under crank, New main and rod bearings, cam bearings piston rings and all cylinder bores were all in great shape so were not changed however I did install a front hardened dual groove dual feed cam bearing from t/a performance to help fix the usual oiling problem with buicks, put in neoprene front and rear seals to get away from he old rope style seals that like to leak, new comp cam 96-203-4 .469 lift 110* lsa, new high performance lifters, fresh fully rebuilt heads with 5 angle valve job all done by AMP Performance, new a/c delco water pump, new thermostat housing, new timing chain and gears, new fuel pump, also a rebuilt AED 750cfm holley 4150 style carb (I can take $200 off the price if I keep the carb). 0 miles since rebuild just break in run time. I have a lot of money in the motor and its worth half of what im asking for it and the whole car! The TH400 trans that goes with it I have not rebuilt, seems like everything is good with it but I cant say for sure. I do have Illinois title in hand for this car!!! All in all this is definitely a project and will take some work to get on the road but if you don't mind getting your hands dirty and use your imagination you can clearly see all the potential this car has and how fun it will be when finished. Remember a lot of how this car is setup is exactly how I bought it so I can only describe it the best to my knowledge and don't know every little thing about it which means its being sold as is. So if you have any questions please call or text me! The last thing I want is for someone to not know what they are getting or not be happy. The best way to figure out if its what you want is to come at look at it in person although I know that's not always possible. I can take pictures of whatever you need. My name is Josh my number is 815-979-9254, my email is [email protected]. This car is listed locally as well so it could be taken down any time if it sells, just keep that in mind. Thanks for looking!

I also have a very similar 1930 Ford Model A roadster but with the Washington Blue/ Black Combination, believed to be A standard model A (see 2nd picture in listing). For this lighter blue Deluxe one I have 76 high quality pictures available upon request. Restored several years ago by previous owner (paint, engine, electrical, interior, undercarriage, etc.). EXTERIOR: All steel Blue paint body with black fenders in nice condition, the paint is shiny and presents very well, not concourse quality because of very minor imperfections (a few scratches, touch-ups and little dots here and there (see pictures). Chrome and stainless steel in very good condition, except for the outside mirror and a small portion of the windshield frame with very minor pitting. The bumpers, hubcaps, radiator, lights (twolite head lamps), and luggage rack are all in very nice condition. Dual side-mounts with Ford covers on both, clean undercarriage, beige convertible top is in good shape with very minor staining, good rubber all around (not dried out), it comes with a luggage rack, and a Flying Quail radiator cap. Powder coated wheels nicely painted, whitewall tires in excellent condition. INTERIOR: Very nice LeBaron Bonney interior redone during restoration, including the rumble seat. Good carpeting, dashboard in good shape (I believe all the gages work). MECHANICAL: Engine was running very well, no smoke, no leaks. Transmission shifts very well with no noise, no leaks. Brakes are in good working order. Car is located in Southampton, NY and can be inspected any day and time with a little notice. ”SOLD AS IS”.

I have for sale a 1928 Ford Model A Coupe, this was found in a shed that sat for many years. The owner said it ran and drove when it was put away. I have not tried to start it because the battery is dead. As you can see from the pictures the Coupe is in good condition but it does need to be restored or drive it like it is. The trunk has a lot of extra parts in it . I purchased the Coupe to build a Hot Rod but the more I though about it the more I though it would be a shame to cut it up so I am selling it. If you have any questions please E-Mail me.

Restorers, please take note: Lots of projects & a lack of storage space forces me to sell one of my best barn finds ever! This sedan was last registered in 1955 & the lisc plate matches the 1955 registration paperwork & title that was with the car! This car was in the same family from new until I bought is last fall. This is an early model, as told by the RARE RED Steering Wheel. (later '28s & all '29s were black) Everything dates to 1955 and earlier in this interior, from the rare red steering wheel to the vintage seat covers (with Railroad Bean burlap bag on driver's seat), even the roof moldings that were removed for paint. The only thing missing is one window crank. The roof had a piece of Masonite screwed over the roof opening, which protected everything, as it sat in the barn for decades. Story goes that around 1960-61, all the kids wanted to repaint Grandpa's car for him, so the whole gang took wire brushes & wire wheels to the every inch of the body. Unfortunately, like normal, the kids lost interest along the way, so the task was never completed. That left the car to gain an authentic, time earned patina as it sat untouched in the old barn. The good side of this tale is that the patina on this car is AMAZING & it attracts so much attention, that it will blow your mind. We had it at the Detroit Autorama & there was a crowd around it all weekend. The body & doors are so nice, it'll make ya cry, after all the work you did on your last project's doors! The only rust that I can find is in the running boards (replace or just recover), with some perforations in the LF & RR fenders near the running boards. There is no spare tire. The distributor cap & wires are missing, so you can see that the engine turns over, but the dizzy doesn't. Did you notice the red wolf-whistle horn on the engine? We haven't had time to get this old girl running yet, but as folks know, that isn't too difficult. This is your opportunity to own a real time capsule before I change my mind.$5700 or best offer. Shipping, taxes, & title transfer fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. This vehicle is for sale locally, so the listing may be ended early. Vehicle sold "as is, where is".

We've owned this vehicle for about 5 years and have kept it in the garage when not in use. It has not been driven much by us, just afternoon drives in the local towns. We purchased it from a private seller who likes antique cars. It is in as original condition as possible, nothing souped up or the like. All the windows function and the rear one even has a little shade. The front seats fold forward without issue, the headliner is intact, the floors are a bit spotty, and the horn still works. We will not ship this vehicle but expect the buyer to pick it up from an agreed-upon location.
