Black bench and matching door panel's with red stitching. Fat Mat sound deadening in interior, Lokar shifter, banjo steering wheel, all new glass. Car is All steel and straight, Undercarriage is also solid as seen in my undercarriage photos/videos. Hand painted pin striping along body onto trunk lid and radiator shroud. Car comes with its touchup paint and paint code. A nicer driving model A, set up for longer distance HWY/freeway driving as seen in my test drive videos. 1931 FORD MODEL A 5 WINDOW CHOP TOP COUPE Old School Hot Rod/Rat Rod with lots of patina! MOTOR: 400 SBC that is in stock form with 3 carb intake and mallory ignition that runs great! T-bucket header and side pipes with baffles. Transmission: 200r4 automatic over-drive transmission that shifts good. REAREND: 12 bolt GM with highway gears?(not sure of the ratio?) FRONTEND: Custom made spring behind drop axle BRAKES: Disc front and drum rear. SUSPENSION: Rear is a single old school stock type leaf pack with ladder bars, Front is a leaf spring with a reverse coil spring to take a shocks place with a hairpin style trailing arm. GLASS: All the glass is in good shape and the front windshield still tilts out. INTERIOR: Old School 50's style Red vinyl with white piping, custom done by an upholstery shop. TIRES\WHEELS: Old school steel wheels with hub caps and whitewall tires. BODY: The body is all steel and solid. Chopped top. This was not a rotten old car to start with, it's all there. But not perfect and full of imperfections that give it lots of old school patina. DASH: out of a mid fifties chevy car. All the gauges seem to work good. This car has full lights and turn signals that seem to work good. This car runs and drives very well for an old school hot rod. Can go 70 mph down the freeway. Tires are in good shape. The only thing it really needs is a battery cut off switch. The battery will drain down if it sits for a long time without being started or driven. This is an extremely fun car to drive around in and take to car shows and gets the thumbs up everywhere you drive it. I have described this car to the best of my knowledge. For sale is our 1929 ford model a coupe that is a solid California car with no issues and has been proven reliable driver, coupe is stock and not all cut up or modified, would be a perfect rust free candidate for a Hot Rod or drive around as is,one of the nicer coupes around.Has clear California title/pink slip and current registration,comes with original blue and yellow plates. Coupe was restored 25 years ago and was painted, new interior, and all mechanicals gone through. Entire drivetrain is very nice and shifts gears with ease going down road, motor fires up every time with all levers and factory switches all in proper working order.spark advance , throttle and fuel mixture knobs all work as they should, has factory foot starter and still 6 volt,has some cloth wire and newer wire here and there.Has original glass model a headlights with brass rings. Interior is mohair and is nice condition, well taken care of bench seat , headliner and floor carpet.Bench seat has small approx 1" small rip near rear part of seat,(probably not worth mentioning) Wipers work on vacuum and headlights/driving lights work on column ,all glass is nice with no breaks or delamination, windows roll up and down with ease, front windshield slides out and has factory brackets, all door rubbers in nice shape with no cracking Body and fenders are all steel along with steel deck lid Paint is older but shines up real nice,its a darker green and looks really nice with the black fenders, body has a couple blemishes here and there and small dent on drivers fender from actually driving , has wear and tear from driving it as it should be. Still gets lots of compliments at the shows and while driving. No rust or bubbling on car, no rust on lower cowl, quarter panels or inside trunk. It's a very solid body.
