I am selling my 1962 Ford Galaxie XL 500 Convertible. It has the original 352CI motor with 114K on it, original tranny, New interior, rebuilt Carb, new Cooper tires and power steering. Car runs great top is in good shape and works perfect. Fun summer cruiser and mechanically sound. Has chrome valve covers and Air cleaner but I have original ones that came with car and I have the original hub caps that came with the car. Always garaged and well maintained. Very fair price for an original car that runs and drives great.

I am selling my 1962 Ford Galaxie XL 500 Convertible. Car is in good shape but is not a show car. It has a very reliable/dependable original 352 CI motor with 114k on it. It has the original tranny that works great. Dual exhaust with some pretty cool exhaust tips. I recently had the Carburetor rebuilt and it runs awesome. I had the interior redone professionally with new seats and carpet. It has an electronic ignition. I just recently put 4 New Cooper tires on it. I put chrome valve covers and a chrome air cleaner on but I have the originals. I also have the original hubcaps. It is a great summer cruiser and I get a ton of comments from people on the style of the car. You just don't see to many of these on the road anymore. I purchased this vehicle from a man who bought it from the original owners daughter. Here are the small issues with the vehicle. The dash pad , armrests and center console could use a dye job to match the new seats. The trunk lock cylinder just recently broke so I can't open it. The heater core is disconnected but I never drove the car in the winter so I never cared about fixing it. It has one small spot on the driver and passenger side door that if you wanted to restore the car you would have to do but they never bothered me because you don't really notice them and I never pretended that it was a show car. For someone who wanted to finish the car and restore it the car is really not that far off from being a show car. Mechanically the car is great. I always garage it and never drive it in the rain. Any questions don't hesitate to ask. It really is a great car.
