It does start and run if you hook a fuel line from the fuel pump to a gas can. The fuel tank/lines are dirty. This car is all original interior/engine/etc. 390 V8, Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, AC (still hooked up but not working). New tires, cap/rotor/wires, Freshly rebuilt 2BBL carb.
