1964 FORD GALAXIE for sale! Vehicle Overview: Stock: G64 VIN: 4J66Z153369 Year: 1964 Exterior Color: BLUE Make: FORD Interior Color: GRAY Model: GALAXIE Mileage: 109060 Engine: 390 Vehicle Description: FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION we have for sale a nice 1964 Galaxie 500. HOW IS THE BODY? In my opinion it is very solid and the frame is good, the floors look super solid. No thick under coating so you can see what is really there. HOW IS THE PAINT? It has a brilliant shine. Past owner said it was a late model Ford color called Laser Blue. It a dark blue with lots of metallic and a purplish tint to it. The body is straight when you look down the sides, paint has never been buffed, it does have some orange peel. HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its a sweet running 390, I hear no knocks or rattles and see no blue smoke. It is detailed, chrome valve covers, Mallory distributor, electric fuel pump by Holley (I can hear the pump running). AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION shifts good. BRAKES ARE DRUMS AND STOP THE WAY OLD DRUMS STOP! POWER STEERING, it has the easy/ floaty steering feel that was common in the day. HOW IS THE CHROME AND TRIM? The side trim is nice, back bumper real good, some dull places on the front bumper. SOUND SYSTEM IS A HIGH DOLLOR SYSTEM! WHEELS ARE NICE AMERICAN RACING with BF Goodrich tires. HOW IS THE EXHAUST SYSTEM? Good sounding dual exhaust, full tube header that look like Hooker brand to me. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Good interior, its a medium gray, seats and headliner are nice.
