The hood, bumper rad, and rad support, and front drivers side air bag needs to be replaced. I'm sure the sensor as well . Both head lights as well. I'm not a body man so this is what i can see. The car has 120,000 plus miles and runs and drives great. Would not drive too far because of radiator. Was going to fix but no money. Would be a great vehicle once fixed. It has a clear title.
