I am looking to buy a 1948 Desoto in my area so need the funds to do this. I am selling my 52 Four door Chevy deluxe for well under its current value. This is an Original car that I found two months ago in a barn in my area of Pa. Solid body, even base of doors and fenders. Solid floors, front, rear and trunk except for a few minor small holes in floor just above rocker between rock and side of seat. Seats need to be repaired but fabric wise only. All glass is very good. Engine turned over by hand two month ago when I put the car in storage. I am no stranger to body/Restoration and have stripped the hood and both front fenders to bare medal and found very good condition except for some minor surface pitting around window sills and where Chrome strips were of which I have the strips at my home. This car can be a very decent restoration once done and we all know the value of these cars when restored. I live in Limerick Pa but the car is in Pottstown Pa. Thank you and Take care.
