No scratches, dents or other visible imperfections in appearance, inside or out. The sole exception is a small chip on the inside hood edge, where touch-up has been applied. Tires New (Less than 6,000 miles) Pirelli P7 performance radials. Warranty Approximately 6,000 miles or 8 months remaining on Ford Certified Extended Warranty. Mileage Approximately 45,655 at the time of this listing. This 2012 Ford Focus SEL was tenderly cared for by its original owner until I purchased it earlier this year as a Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I knew the original owner, and we arranged the Ford Pre-Owned purchase through our mutual Ford dealer so the car would be covered under Ford's Certified extended warranty. The car was transported in an enclosed trailer in early October from Idaho to New Jersey (I live in Idaho, work in New Jersey) and has been used locally in other-than-city driving since then. This is my third Focus, and my 11th Ford. This Focus keeps the Focus tradition of being fun to drive, powerful, economical and sporty. I love its charcoal-gray cloth interior, the SYNC system with its turn-by-turn navigation capability .. and the SONY premium sound system especially! Combined with Bluetooth or the Sirius Satellite radio, the audio system can rock the house and, when you have your bluetooth device coupled to it I cannot see (or hear) it getting much better than this. I learned the hard way, however, that I have outgrown the Focus. My 2007 Focus is still in service with a family member back home, but having to be on the road again in a few months, then again later next year, I found I just need a larger vehicle. I love this car. I do not want to sell it, but I have just plain outgrown the Focus platform for my transportation needs. CONDITION & PERFORMANCE STATEMENT This 2012 Focus SEL Hatchback is warranted to be in the mechanical and visual condition stated, and to have installed, operational and defect-free at the time of sale the options and equipment stated. PAYMENT POLICY Payment and payment method, and title transfer, will be netgotiated within 5 days of sale between the purchaser, the seller, and the seller's financial institution in Shelton, Washington. SHIPPING NOTES - GENERAL TERMS APPLYING TO ALL OF OUR LISTINGS If the vehicle is to be shipped outside of the local area, such shipping shall be arranged and paid entirely by Purchaser. Seller agrees to deliver the vehicle to Purchaser within a 150-statute mile radius of vehicle location in northern New Jersey, once payment and title transfer has been accomplished. Purchaser agrees to provide full insurance coverage through the time of delivery by Seller to Purchaser's desired point of delivery. WARRANTY, DISPUTES & RETURNS (read closely please): 1. This vehicle's most recent shop visit was in early December 2015, where the 45,000 mile service was performed. The transmission recall and all other recalls have been performed, and the vehicle is in the condition described. At the time of sale, the remaining Ford Certified extended warranty may or may not be available due to the mileage at the time of sale. 2. No other warranties are expressed, or implied. 3. Purchaser assumes all responsibilities and risk for proper use of the vehicle, and releases Seller of all liability associated with Purchaser's acquisition of said vehicle. Purchaser warrants to Seller that Purchaser has a valid driver license, valid insurance, and is legally authorized to posses/own and operate this motor vehicle. Purchaser specifically agrees that any mechanical or appearance breakdowns, defects occurrences or other causes of damage, loss of use, accidents or injuries to include total loss of vehicle and/or loss of life that occur once vehicle title transfers are solely the responsibility of Purchaser, and that Seller is released from any legal obligations thereto.
