I JUST HAD A COMPLETE PRE-BUY INSPECTION PERFORMED BY FIRESTONE SERVICE CENTER, AND IT PASSED WITH NO PROBLEMS. KELLY BLUE BOOK RETAIL VALUE IS $13,000 SO I'M SURE YOU'RE WONDERING WHAT IS THE CATCH? WE HAD A LOT OF RAIN IN TEXAS IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR AND IT WAS ISSUED A FLOOD SALVAGE TITLE DUE TO AN INSURANCE PAY OFF. I AM BEING 100% HONEST WHEN I SAY THE CAR RECEIVED NO DAMAGE AT ALL! EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT ON THIS FIESTA. I'VE DRIVEN IT OVER A THOUSAND MILES MYSELF AND IT IS COMPLETELY FINE. IT HAD A VERY LOW WATER LINE, AND IT WAS VERY EVIDENT THAT IT ONLY GOT A FEW INCHES OF WATER IN THE CARPET. NO WATER GOT INTO THE ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, OR ANY MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS. IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS TO ME WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT THIS CAR HAD NOT BEEN HURT, BUT I WANTED AN PROFESSIONAL OPINION FROM A CERTIFIED MECHANIC AND THAT IS WHY I TOOK IT FOR AN INSPECTION TO FIRESTONE. THEY EVEN MENTIONED ON THE REPORT THAT THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF ABUSE, NEGLECT OR FLOODING. THERE IS NO RUST ON THE CAR. I TOOK A PICTURE FROM UNDER THE DRIVERS SEAT SO YOU CAN SEE THE SEAT FRAMES AND METAL PARTS ARE NOT RUSTED. THE TRUNK WAS VERY CLEAN WHEN I PURCHASED IT AND WATER DID NOT GET IN THERE. IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT AN INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD PAY A CLAIM ON A VEHICLE WHEN IT DIDN'T GET DAMAGED, BUT IN A SITUATION WHERE YOU HAVE THOUSANDS OF CARS THAT GET FLOODED, THE INSURANCE COMPANIES GET OVERWHELMED WITH CLAIMS AND SOME SLIP THROUGH THE CRACKS JUST BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY CASES TO DEAL WITH. THOSE ARE THE TYPICAL FLOOD CARS THAT WILL MOST LIKELY BE PROBLEMATIC FOR THE LIFE OF THE VEHICLE. I ENDED UP BUYING ABOUT 10 VEHICLES THAT WERE THE "CREAM" OF THE CROP, LIKE THIS FIESTA. UNLIKE MOST SALVAGE TITLES, THIS CAR LITERALLY HAS NO DAMAGE AND HAS ALL FACTORY ORIGINAL PAINT. IT HAS NEVER BEEN IN A WRECK AND IS COMPLETELY SAFE TO DRIVE. IT HONESTLY IS A SITUATION THAT A FEW INCHES OF WATER GOT IN THE CARPET AND THAT'S IT. NO DAMAGE. IN ALL MY YEARS IN THE BUSINESS I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SELL THIS NICE OF A CAR, THIS NEW AND LOW MILEAGE, FOR THIS FAR BELOW BOOK VALUE. YOU CAN STILL GET FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE WITH PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE. I HAVE SOLD 7 VEHICLES WITH FLOOD TITLES IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS AND EVERY CUSTOMER HAS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR PURCHASE. GLASS IS ALL NICE, NO CRACKS OR CHIPS. GAS MILEAGE IS AMAZING! I'VE BEEN AVERAGING 35 MPG IN THE CITY. WE HAVE $2 A GALLON GAS RIGHT NOW SO $20 FILLS THE TANK! INTERIOR IS VERY CLEAN. IT'S BEEN A NON SMOKER. IT HAS THESE COOL BLUE ACCENT LIGHTS IN THE CUP HOLDER, UNDER THE GLOVE BOX AND IN THE BACK OF THE CENTER CONSOLE. IT HAS 2 KEYS WITH KEYLESS ENTRY REMOTE, POWER WINDOWS, LOCKS, AND MIRRORS, MICROSOFT SYNC FEATURE FOR HANDS FREE CALLING, USB PORT, AUX IMPUT JACK, CRUISE CONTROL, AM/FM CD RADIO, TINTED WINDOWS. I am offering for sale a 2014 Ford Fiesta se with 32,500 miles. We just got home from a road trip on which we drove this car 7000 miles. It averaged 39 miles per gallon and gave us no trouble. I bought it from Marshall ford in Texas and it has never seen snow. My truck and fifth wheel broke down in TX, forcing us to buy this car in order to finish our trip. It needs nothing, everything works, and is a great little car! I just had it serviced at my local dealer and they replaced the battery. It has a four cylinder engine and a five speed manual transmission. Runs and drives like it just came off the lot brand new. It is under warranty till 100,000 miles unless you want to terminate it. I am just looking to sell it for what I owe. I'll take 12,500 with the warranty or 11,000 without. There are a few miner dents and stone chips in the paint.
