1965 Falcon Sprint; Show car, street car, or drag car. Original South Carolina car. In the 1960's this Falcon was a private owned B/FX Carolina stocker. Holman Moody I.D. car serial number chassis tag on inner fender, original Ford Motor Company disclaimer tag on dash. This car has been completely rebuilt using all New parts, N.O.S parts, or restored/rebuilt parts. Driven less than 50 miles since it was finished. There is more information than I can list, so I will list the basics. The rear chassis is 4-link, Carrera adjustable coil-overs, complete pro-built rear sub-frame, wheel wells tubbed, still retains the full interior. (The leaf spring mounts are still there if a leaf spring suspension is desired). Front suspension and steering is all new factory stock, with a Shelby quick-steer kit. Engine was built by "Power Built" (Bob Patzold); 302 bored to 306 c.i., HD block, ported heads, flat tappet cam, many SVO internal parts, balanced, blueprinted, much more, original 1960's "COBRA" intake manifold. 11" truck flywheel, 428 HD clutch, Ford Toploader 4-speed transmission, Hurst Super Shifter, HD driveshaft, narrowed 9" Ford big bearing rear axle housing, aluminum 3rd member with Detroit Locker, 389 gears, 31-spline Moser axles, 4-wheel disc brakes. Detailed chassis, N.O.S. front grille ($1000). 29" x 15" Pro-Star rear wheels with 29"x15.5" Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires. American Racing Torque Thrust 15" x 4-1/2" front wheels. 15-gallon RCI fuel cell. Fiberglass tear-drop hood, new bumpers, front chassis lower cross-brace, bolt-in top brace.
