The following work (approx. $1,500) has been done: new brake lines, wheel cylinders, front drum pads, new Holley carb, rebuilt distributor with Pertronix electronic ignition, new fuel pump, starter solenoid, alternator and battery. One other item I had to track down and install was a column mounted neutral safety switch (pretty expensive as these are rare). Original paint, some minor dents and bruises, minor rust -- but very solid for a mid-Atlantic car. 200 ci straight 6.She's got 64,000 miles and can be used as a daily driver or as a base for full restoration. Steering is a bit sloppy, but she is driveable and street ready. Local pickup (Philadelphia area) or buyer assumes shipping.

This is a very clean 1960 Ford Falcon 2 Door Wagon. It was built in California and spent most of its life in AZ so very very minimal surface rust is all you will find. Car runs and drives great with all the original running gear except for the addition of the 5 lug rear. This car was actually used at a shop in AZ for a parts runner. It does have a couple spots of putty in the back end due to being backed into...not rust. The undercarriage is in excellent condition with the original floors still in it. The wide whites are brand new with only a couple hundred miles on them. All the glass is in great shape with no cracks or bubbling. Weather stripping was replaced recently as well. The rear window rolls up and down with ease and the tailgate is in great shape too. This car gets a lot of attention where ever it goes. Thank You.I would like to first say I don't know to much about cars, engines, transmissions and I will try to describe it the best I can. I will answer any questions you have the best I can. I bought this car 4 years ago pretty much they way you see it except for a few modifications to the front end and rear end with the help of my brother and his son. I enjoyed 4 years of trouble free Fun and Complements and hate to sell it, but its time to let it go and let someone else enjoy it. A 1965 Ford Falcon Futura with a 302 V8 Mustang Engine, Edelbrock Intake with a 4 Barrel Holley Carburetor. The Engine is all stock to the best of my knowledge, no hairy Cam or work of that kind. It has a C-4 Automatic Transmission with a B&M Ratchet style shifter kit. Shifter lever and knob Rat Rod style. Front end was modified with disc brakes, not power brakes, but with a duel reservoir, not the stock single reservoir. The original front steering leakage was used and adapted to the disc brakes spindles. It does not have power steering. Lifted the front end with heavy duty springs to give it that gasser look. Was asked by many if it has a lift kit, but no, just the heavy duty springs in front and the modifications to the rear. Rear end is strong and is not stock but out of a 67 Ford Fairlane V8 351. Had to be modified to fit. The hood is the original, but added the Tear Drop/Thunder Bolt scoop. My brother did a great job on the scoop but it developed some bubbling and Pitting of the paint. See picture 21. The body is all nice and straight with no rust except for a few bubble spots back by the rear wheel on the passenger side. See picture 19. Some minor scratches of the paint in areas. Trunk is solid with no rot or holes, some minor surface rust. The floor boards are all solid with no holes. The under carriage and frame are all clean and under coated. The 5.0/302 V8 engine is strong. It does have some oil leaks in front by the water pump and does puff out smoke once you start it after a long run or sitting awhile. Not sure what the miles are on the engine. I was told it came out of a 1980 Mustang. The C-4 Transmission shifts smooth and is strong. No problem lighting up the tires. 14 inch Tires with Chrome Wheels. No front bumper but a 2 inch pipe, which I think looks pretty mean. Duel exhaust with cherry bomb mufflers. Green neons are installed but don't work, need a new transformer. The interior is not complete and needs a head liner and rear window deck. It has bucket seats and new carpeting. Original Instrument cluster, Speedometer works but jumpy. The odometer reads 86352. Added the 3 Gauge Cluster, Oil Temp, and Volts. AM/FM CD Player.This is whats wrong with the vehicle to the best of my knowledge. Rear wheel axle seal is leaking, easy fix, never got around to do it. Engine smokes and leaks as mentioned. Neutral safety switch not hooked up, will start in gear, Drive/Reverse. Gas gauge works but not accurate. Temperature gauge does not work. Small pin hole in original stock radiator. Needs Vent window gaskets/seals. So thats the scoop on this cool looking good driving Falcon. Go cruising as it is or finish it to your liking. You are looking at a 1964 Ford Falcon Convertible, This car has been a personal project of a very good friend of mine who was building it for his wife, who was a breast cancer survivor, it was being built as a Breast Cancer Survivor themed car, as you can see by the pink ribbons that were inlayed in the seats. She beat the breast cancer but it had spread to other organs and she recently lost that battle. He now wants to sell this project car. The car has a complete frame underneath and everything is brand new, new floor pans, trunk pan, rear quarter panels, were all welded and placed by a professional vintage car shop. New Chrome bumpers still in the wrappers, The motor is a brand new Jasper 302 V-8, with head work and cam. The automatic transmission has been rebuilt, the rear end has been rebuilt, new wiring. Has all the parts to finish, has extra doors, 2 hoods, trunk lid, carpet (black), door panels, 2 front grilles, brand new Crager Mags with New Tires, complete dual exhaust, seats (black) were completely redone by a local ole school upholstery shop, the convertible top is in awesome condition, works well no issues with it. A lot of the parts were OEM, not remanufactured parts. For example had a hard time finding the full rear quarter panels, he could find the repair panels that go around the rear wheels, finally found them in California. This car was a Florida Car the person he bought it from owned it from the early 70's. Everything that was done or bought for this car, no expense was spared, over 4k just having the metal work done, 2k in having the seats re-done, And has a folder of receipts for all the other parts that he purchased. He has well over what he is asking... All this car needs now is someone to finish it the way they want too.
