For the person who has his/her own resources and ability, this Falcon can be restored reasonably. Or throw a slab of sheet metal on the floor and drive as is. There are no signs of ever being damaged or wrecked. Rust in the usual places (rear quarters, lower doors, floor), but the trunk deck is in good condition. As seems the frame. The hood, trunk lid, and most metal north of the lower rust is solid. The Falcon is straight. For those interested in upgrading to a V8, the heavier suspension components and 5 lug hubs are available in the trunk. Also comes with a clutch/brake pedal assy if you are interested to converting to a stick. Present six cyl components are in good condition. Someone put a vinyl roof (yea, I know - I know) on this, that should come off. Fortunately it will peel off fairly easy. I have peeled off sections of vinyl that reveal a solid roof still in the original lacquer blue paint. There are pin holes close to the windshield area where the vinyl peeled back from wear. Floors will need patched-replaced.. The trunk deck is solid. (new gas tank and plate). Now for the better news: I actually believe the mileage (62k) is accurate. Just would not run this good (or run at all) for 162k, and runs appropriate for 62k. My opinion. Mechanical and electrical good shape. Blinkers, wipers and lights (including brake lights) are working. New gas tank. Fuel gauge does work. As does the generator light and temp gauge. The glass is good all around. Recent new windshield. All windows wind up and down effortlessly. Bumpers in very nice condition. No boo-boos and only surface rust in the tag area. When jumped, the engine will fire right up but needs a touch of manual choke to run without stalling. Engine seems to be fine - just needs to be dialed in (carb rebuilt needs tuned).. Small exhaust leak somewhere up front. Battery shot - alternator working. Fuel pump working fine - now with fresh non-ethanol gas (keeps running better with time). The Fordomatic performs good as it should. The transmission, radiator, rear axle and engine have been recently serviced. Clean fresh fluids/filters and Da-Dah! (drum roll) no leaks anywhere. Suspension feels tight and steering responsive. Brakes stop with little effort. The condition of drums/shoes unknown, but no metal on metal screetch. Steers accurately and easy. Almost like power steering. Tires are 50-75%. No spare, has jack.. Just bear in mind, this is a mild project and being sold "as is". Inspection is certainly available and recommended. The Falcon is located in Jacksonville. Serious inquiries can call me at 904 860-2742 or via eBay email. Price is very firm. Clean Florida title. You know the drill: No warranty expressed or implied. As is. (Legal thing you know). Buyer responsible for shipping/pickup. I will certainly make myself avail if needed. I can deliver for $1.10 per mile (Northeast add $225 for tolls). $250 Deposit PayPal required immediately with remainder due within 7 days.. Will not be released until payment is verified cleared. I feel I have represented this vehicle accurately. I did provide more than the "sold as is" with nothing else to go on - as you see so often. Thanks for considering. I really do not expect this to last long.

1963 Ford Falcon Sedan 53,200 original miles I daily drive this during the summer. It keeps up with modern traffic just fine. Never gets hot even sitting in traffic. I bought the car 3 years ago and have just been driving it. Everything works. I replaced the carb with a weber 32/36 2 barrel, and the distributor with an electric HEI unit. Those are the only things I've done to the car. There is a hole in the drivers floor (pictured) and paint is bubbling behind both rear wheels (pictured) but that isn't really very that bad jus dont want to hide anything. The car drives perfect doesn't squeak or rattle over bumps. It has been a great car for me and my family but we are wanting something a little older so we are selling the Falcon and our Metropolitan (see my other listing for the metropolitan) It's an over used analogy but I wouldn't hesitate to take my family and drive this across the country. Since its mostly stock just the carb and ignition it doesn't run hot and it basically just works like it was designed.

1965 Ford Falcon 2 door post would make a good gasser project. Overall pretty solid has some rust showing up in the quarters in doors towards the front. Will need floors they are some floor pieces included but dont know if that will take care of all of it. Trunk lid has some rust on the inside but nothing showing on the outside. Roof and drip rails in good shape. Was originally 6 cylinder manual transmission no motor or trans but pedals are still in it. It has also already been converted over to 5 lug also. Have TN title in hand. What you see is what I have. (radiators in pics arent for the car they were just laying in there when I took the pics) Any questions call me 865-755-3114

Here's a great project car for the summer, a 1964 Ford Falcon 2 door station wagon (car has a clear South Dakota title). This is a pretty hard to come by vehicle, as I think only 6,034 were made? It's time for me to sell the car because I'll never get around to it and I now have other priorities. As I stated, this is a project car, it has quite a bit of rust (quarter panels and floorboards) and will take a lot of work. There are a bunch of possibilities for this car, a great factory stock grocery getter, surf wagon, sleeper, custom, street hot rod, or an all-out drag car, just to mention a few. The car looks to be complete, but could be missing some things that I don't see, the car does have the 4 original small dog-dish hub caps, they're in nice shape, just didn't get into the pics. According to my online research, the door plate info decodes as follows: Body 59A (Falcon 2-Dr Station Wagon), Color Y (Skylight Blue), Trim 44 (Beige/Beige), Date 20A (January 20th), DSO 71 (Los Angeles), Axle 5 (3.50:1), Trans 1 (3-Spd Manual). The serial number decodes as: 4 (year, 1964), T (Metuchen, NJ), 21 (Falcon 2-Dr Wagon), U (170 cu. in. 6-Cyl), and then 129155. This has the original 170 cubic inch 6 cylinder engine (it is not running, but did turn over last time I checked, some pieces may be off, coil, other stuff?). I have no idea on the brakes or any of the other mechanical systems, but I'm sure they'll all need work. The body itself is pretty straight, no major dents that I can see, the bumpers are also pretty straight, but the chrome is pitted and flaking, the grille has a couple small dents at top center. This has the 13" 4-bolt rims, the tires on car are fair, spare is bad. The interior has some rough areas (the front seat and headliner are pretty bad), this has the steer-head upholstery on the seats, the rear seat still has original plastic covering. The tail gate glass is bad and will need to be replaced, rest of glass is in good shape (windshield has a chip). Both door glasses, rear passenger side windows, and tailgate glass all roll up and down, but they are stiff and need lubrication. The vent windows work as well, but drivers vent has broken hinge. Everything looks to be all original, nothing looks altered or cut-up that I can see, both doors and tailgate open and close pretty well, I didn't try the locks, the odometer shows 97961 (probably not original miles). The car has been sitting for about 15 years, the license tags expired in January of 1999. This project will take some time, but has the potential of being one great looking vehicle, no matter which way you go with it. Please contact me by email, or call me at 605-377-3145 with any questions, and I'll try to answer them. There is a $400.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction end. Payment in full is expected within 5 days of auction end. The Buy-It-Now option requires immediate payment. I will accept cashiers check, cash in person, or a Postal Money Order, please make arrangements to pick up as soon as possible. Buyer is responsible for all delivery/pickup/shipping costs and charges. I have the right to end the auction early, as the car will be up for sale locally as well.
