Offered today is my 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 two door hardtop. This car was born on June 17 th. 1957 at the Ford plant in Long Beach Ca. It remained on the West Coast until I purchased it about ten years ago. I had the car taken apart and stripped to bare metal and given a quality base coat clear coat repaint in the original red and white colors. At the time all of the glass, rubber chrome and stainless was either redone or replaced. It is about as solid and straight a 57 as you will find, all original sheet metal no patch panels anywhere. It is running an early 1960's Ford 300 H.P. 390 Cu. In. Fe motor with a matching Borg Warner T-10 four speed transmission. The American mag's and radial tires have less than 100 miles on them. The car has power steering and electric wipers. It runs and drives great very solid and rattle free. I have never shown it and it just sits in the garage collecting dust, it is time to give someone else a chance to own this great looking old car. It has held up well and needs very little.
