1955 Ford Fairlane Sunliner Convertible. This is a unfinished project. Has a 272 v8 engine. This vehicle does run and drive. The floor pans have been replaced. The doors have been replaced also. This vehicle does have existing rust as seen in the photos. All of the parts seen in the photos go with the car. The front seat also comes with the car. We pulled the seat to take pics of the floor pan. We do not have a back seat. The parts in the photos is all the parts we have. If you don't see it then we don't have it. Selling as is with bill of sale only. This vehicle would be good for a father/son winter project. Please understand this is a project. Feel free to ask any questions you may have before bidding. This 1958 Ford Fairlane is all original except for engine, transmission (Ford 400 V8 with factory transmission) and am/fm cassette player with speakers and exterior/interior paint. She has some minor dents and rust, with a broken back passenger window (have a replacement for this window, see pictures), some chrome rippling of front passenger panel, rust on chrome of left rear tail light and some rust in trunk and door jams (see pictures), Body is very straight with a few minor dings here and there. She also has a very unique grooved roof as apposed to most Fairlane's have a smooth roof. Original Milage on speedometer is 182,392 the Ford 400 V8 has around 5,000 miles on it. Interior is all original parts with newer upholstery with a mix of fabric and leather.

1959 Ford Custom 300 2 door coupe in mostly original, unrestored condition. 292 Y-block V8 with the Ford-o-matic Automatic trans. No power options. Runs and drives good. Engine runs strong and smooth with plenty of power. Trans shift smoothly and consistent. Brakes work. Stock factory wheels with original hub caps. Tires are 225/75/R14 bfg radial T/A's with plenty of tread left. Recent dual exhaust sounds good. It drives straight down the road with authority. Speedometer and Gauges all work. Most of lights work. Battery has been relocated to the trunk. Recent work includes: new radiator, new fuel tank with sending unit and a rebuilt holley 2300 series carburetor. It runs strong but can be cold blooded and if it sits for a week or more and it likes a shot of starting fluid to get going. It also has a few minor leaks as well. It doesn't seem to leak when running but if you leave it parked for week you'll see a 3-4 inch spot that will probably get bigger the longer it sits. I am not sure if its oil or atf... could be both. Body: Paint job is 1980s vintage and a "20 footer" at best. That means that it looks good form 20 feet away but up close it doesn't look as nice. The hood and fender tops have been repainted and were not done to a high level of quality. The body is overall straight with a minor dents, dings, scratches and surface rust consistent with a 55 year old car. The roof has a few small dents. The body has no serious visible rust. However, both rear quarters look to have had some minor rust repairing in the past. Surprisingly the floors look original and are in excellent shape. When I got it I expected to find issues in the floors but I could not find any evidence of patch work in the past. It does have a very thick layer of undercoating on it that has probably contributed to reducing the accumulation of rust underneath. The only rust "through" on the car is on the passenger inner fender under the battery tray which created a golf ball size hole and surrounding surface rust (hince the relocation of the battery to the trunk). Trunk floor is in good shape with some surface rust but no holes. All Glass is in good shape with the windshield being newer and likely replaced within the last 10 years. Windows all work with ease. All the trim and chrome is present and in fair shape with some rust and pitting. Interior: Seats have been redone in the past and are in nice shape. Dash is very clean and original. Speedometer has been rebuilt and the odometer reset at that point. It shows 1300 miles or so. The Heater, Fan and Wipers work (although the wipers arms are off the car in the picture I do have them). Carpet is an older aftermarket cut-pile style and it is in good shape. Door panels are original and are still in usable shape. Headliner is in tact but has stains and a few small tears and should be replaced. Has a clean Washington title registered in my name. The license plate does not come with the car. Vehicle is located at my property in McMinnville, Oregon 97128. I've owned this car for about 6 months and have only put about 250 miles on it. I drive it about once a week into town on errands and it has been a reliable vehicle for that. It is, however, a mostly original, unrestored car that is 55 years old. So... if you don't live relatively close by you should plan on towing it or transporting it. If you choose to transport it I can store the car indoors here at my property free of charge for up to a month if that will help you. Beautiful mostly original 1963 ford fairlane 500 sedan. It has been my daily driver the last two years, rebuilt inline 6 and auto trans, drives good the brakes are original drums so it doesn't stop the greatest and pulls to the right a bit. Teal/ white two tone with teal interior. Overall great shape for the age, has a few minor issues and the paint is starting to show it's age in a few spots. Up for sale is a very cool 1958 Ford Fairlane. It runs well. Lots of fun to drive! Flat black paint with a white roof. Classic rat rod style. 6 cylinder with a 5 speed on the floor (originally a 3-speed on the column) There is very little rust. There is a small hole in the trunk, about the size of an egg, but other than that, it's pretty solid. Brand new alternator. (Everything is 12 volt) All of the interior metal trim is there, but isn't attached. No hoodliner or carpet. Hoodliner bows are included. The gas tank is a 10 gallon aluminum tank in the trunk. No factory tank. The previous owner cut the coil springs in the front to lower the car. The driver window is cracked (still rolls up and down), and I recently ordered a replacement. The replacement is included. It needs a new parking brake assembly. I just leave it in first gear to park it (no real issue). It's a fun and good looking car as it is now, and has lots of potential! This is a great car, that turns a lot of heads! FEEL FREE TO MAKE AN OFFER. Sold as is. LOCAL PICKUP AND CASH ONLY. No warranty. No returns. Thanks!
